What we fear is that the Zionist-American enemy may succeed in neutralizing the remaining jihadist movements. Therefore, we call upon the mujahideen of East Asia, the Caucasus, the Gulf states, and even the lone fighters across the globe, to make this war comprehensive against the forces of arrogance collectively. Without this, the situation will be dangerous and have serious consequences in the future.
At the same time, we say to those who wear the garment of jihad and honor, and who believe that all religion is for Allah and that the struggle between truth and falsehood continues until the Day of Judgment: Our battle with the enemies of humanity and religion is a decisive one, with no compromise and no surrender. Victory, by Allah’s permission, will be ours, even if delayed.
