Urgent warning and evacuation order

To the citizens and residents of Ras Al Khaimah city in the United Arab Emirates:

Due to the use of this area in operations targeting Iranian islands, Ras Al Khaimah city has become a target in the near future.

All residents are requested to leave the city as soon as possible via the routes specified in the attached pictures.

Explicit and repeated warnings have already been directed to your rulers about the danger of engaging in this path and gambling with the fate of their people.

However, they have chosen the path of blind subordination, and have made decisions that do not reflect the will of their people, but were imposed from outside their borders, in the absence of any real sovereignty.

Therefore, the full responsibility for all the consequences of this path lies with them.

🇮🇷 | IRGC-Wave70-TP4

On the eve of Eid al-Fitr, heralding the beginning of a new regional order for Muslims, Wave 70 of Operation TP4 began with the call “Allahu Akbar”, launching major strikes on wide-ranging targets. From the first minutes of the operation, the echoes of explosions were heard, columns of smoke rose, and flames lit the skies, striking 55 enemy-occupied targets of the American and Zionist forces in West Asia.

In these joint, comprehensive, and decisive operations, the strikes targeted wide-ranging sites, including Al-Kharj, Al-Dhafra, Ali Al-Salem, Erbil, and especially the American Fifth Fleet, using missile systems such as Qiyam and Emad, along with swarms of attack drones.

The offensive operations of the IRGC Aerospace Force were concentrated on the strategic areas of Haifa and Tel Aviv, particularly at Hadera and Kiryat Ono, as well as other sites including Savyon and Ben Ami, where targets were destroyed using Khorramshahr 4 and Qader missile systems.

It should be reiterated at this stage of the war that the IRGC, in its offensive strategy, will target any source of aggression against Iranian territory and sovereignty with strikes greater than those before. The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the IRGC are fully prepared to enter this stage.

💥 | In the past five hours, four subwaves of Wave 70 occurred, with a fifth ongoing, alongside multiple Hezbollah waves and rocket swarms. Sirens blared again in Misgav Am in the Finger of the Galilee. Hezbollah targeted the US base at Erbil Airport in northern Iraq. A rocket salvo struck the borders and outskirts of Adeisa, with sirens sounding in Mays al-Jabal. Severe explosions were reported in Kuwait. Victoria Base in Baghdad was targeted again, with reports that the Patriot air defense system failed to intercept missiles hitting the base. The US Embassy’s logistics base in Baghdad was also targeted for the third time in a few hours, with plumes of smoke rising from the Victoria Base near Baghdad Airport. An Iraqi security source confirmed that missiles used against Victoria base carried highly explosive warheads.

The IRGC reported targeting more than 55 locations during the 70th wave of Operation True Promise 4, striking five American bases with missiles and drones, as well as Israeli areas including Haifa, Tel Aviv, and surrounding regions with advanced missiles. Early warnings were issued due to rocket detections, in Jerusalem, Judea, Lachish, Samaria, Dead Sea, Baqa’a, and other areas. Missiles from Iran were spotted heading toward the Negev. Drone attacks targeted US bases in Saudi Arabia, with ten drones striking the Eastern Region. Iran also launched two ballistic missiles toward the joint Diego Garcia base in the Indian Ocean. Explosions were reported at US interests in Saudi Arabia.

A new batch of missiles was launched toward Israel, following missile launches from Lebanon that were preceded by sirens in northern Safed. Sirens sounded at Palmachim Airbase in southern Tel Aviv, and massive explosions were reported in Jerusalem. An Iranian rocket directly hit occupied Tel Aviv.

Hezbollah engaged Israeli forces along the southern Lebanese border, particularly near Marj (opposite Markaba), Khiam, Odaisseh, Aitaroun, Taybeh, Maroun al-Ras, and Alma al-Shaab. Fighters repelled Israeli advances in areas like al-Randa using light and medium weapons. A Merkava tank was destroyed in Bidar al-Faq‘ani (Taybeh) with a guided missile, while troop and vehicle concentrations were repeatedly targeted with rockets, artillery, and direct fire across multiple frontline positions.

Hezbollah deployed suicide drone swarms against Israeli troop concentrations and military sites, including Maroun al-Ras, the new Jabal al-Bat position (Aitaroun), and the Ya’ra barracks. Additional drone operations targeted Kiryat Shmona, Tefen Base east of Acre, and the naval radar site at Ras al-Naqoura, achieving confirmed impact.

Hezbollah launched rocket barrages on Israeli settlements across northern occupied Palestine, repeatedly striking Kiryat Shmona, Shlomi, Nahariya, Hanita, Avivim, Yir’on, Shomera, Ramot Naftali, Yiftah, and Natua.

Hezbollah targeted key Israeli military infrastructure, including Branit Barracks (91st Division HQ), Eilit Base northeast of Safad, Metat and Zar‘it Barracks, Filon Base south of Rosh Pinna, Tefen Base east of Acre, and Mavah Alon Base southwest of Safad. Additional strikes hit Kfar Giladi Barracks and multiple operational positions, combining rocket salvos, artillery, guided missiles, and coordinated drone operations to maintain pressure across both frontline and deeper military targets.

Currently, a missile attack on the American base in Kuwait and a drone attack on the Victoria Air Base in Baghdad are ongoing.

Ras Al Khaimah is considered a strategically important region in the UAE. It is located at the northernmost point, has the longest land and mountain borders with Oman, and directly overlooks the Strait of Hormuz. The region includes Saqr Port, one of the largest ports for exporting construction materials and limestone in the area, serving as a vital artery for the urban economy. It also has rugged mountainous terrain, such as Jais Mountain, which the UAE Armed Forces use for defensive training areas, radar stations, and aerial surveillance, leveraging its strategic height and clear visibility over surrounding maritime and airspace.

Regarding the threats from the Central Headquarters of Khatm al-Anbiya, any military attack launched from UAE territory against Iranian islands would place Ras Al Khaimah directly in the Iranian line of fire, where the emirate would face devastating strikes, as described in the statement. These operations could begin with heavy barrages of ballistic missiles and suicide drones on military bases and airports, leaving no opportunity for defense systems to respond, given the geographic proximity and ease of targeting.

This would likely be followed by the complete destruction of critical infrastructure, including the strategic Saqr Port and power stations, plunging the region into total darkness, paralyzing its economy, and converting industrial and tourist areas into military targets, which would inevitably lead to a rapid exodus of investments and investors.

The statement from the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya underscores full readiness to turn Ras Al Khaimah into a major battlefield, making the cost of any attack launched from the UAE on Iranian islands the destruction of infrastructure and all facilities in the region.
