It is a definite matter that, from a religious and ideological standpoint and based on our revolutionary principles, the principle of leadership and obedience to a leader chosen through the legal process is a clear and unquestionable duty. Within the framework of the Islamic system, where the selection of the Leader is entrusted to the Assembly of Experts, whatever emerges from this official process is binding for us and serves as our standard for action. Our criterion is not personal preference, but adherence to the law, preservation of unity, and safeguarding the path of the Islamic Revolution.
We consider ourselves followers of a school of thought solidified by faith, sacrifice, and the blood of the martyrs. Our martyred Imam taught us that in critical moments, we must act responsibly and not bypass legitimate and legal frameworks. If a selection is made through the prescribed process, our responsibility is not to sow doubt but to foster unity, support, and strengthen national cohesion so that the enemies cannot exploit any divisions.
Accordingly, any name announced through this process will be our Leader and Wali al-Faqih, and we will fully accompany them in implementing the orders and ideals of the Revolution. Our loyalty is, first and foremost, to the principles, values, and path whose continuity guarantees the dignity and strength of this nation.
