🇮🇷: 🤝 | Statement of 660 Sunni Clerics of Sistan and Baluchestan Province following the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Ummah, Imam Khamenei (r):

Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.

The Muslim Ummah has plunged into great mourning. A shining sun of jihad and resistance has set; yet its guiding light will forever remain in the sky of the Ummah’s awakening.

Ayatollah al-Uzma Imam Khamenei, the righteous servant of Allah, the Guardian Jurist, and wise Leader of the Islamic Ummah, after a lifetime of sincere struggle for the elevation of the word of truth, defending pure Islam, and supporting the oppressed worldwide, has attained the great bounty of martyrdom and joined the luminous caravan of the martyrs of the path of truth.

This courageous, insightful, and wise leader continued the path of the great figures whose names shine in Islamic history, from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to Imam Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), the Martyr of the Mihrab, and Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him). Now he too has joined the ranks of the martyred leaders of the Islamic Ummah in the proud history of resistance.

Through his wise leadership and steadfast will, Imam Khamenei strengthened the pillars of the Islamic Republic of Iran and transformed Iran into a dignified and resilient power in knowledge, progress, jihad, and resistance, a country that stood firm against global arrogance and raised the flag of honor and independence.

Ultimately, this great leader was martyred during the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of jihad and the revelation of the Qur’an, at the hands of the most wicked criminals of the era, the American and Zionist terrorists. His pure blood has once again revealed the vile nature of the enemies of Islam and humanity.

We, the Sunni clerics and scholars of Sistan and Baluchestan, offer our condolences to the Islamic Ummah, the noble people of Iran, and all free people of the world. We ask Allah the Exalted to gather this martyred leader with the martyrs of early Islam and His righteous friends.

Undoubtedly, it is now the religious and historical duty of scholars, intellectuals, and all freedom-loving people, especially Muslims, not to remain silent in the face of this open and heinous American-Zionist aggression.
