Undoubtedly, criminal America and the bloodthirsty Zionists have reached the end of their path, and this time the powerful armed forces, supported by the people, will deliver a decisive and unforgettable response. In these special circumstances, the great people of Iran and all freedom-seekers should maintain their sacred anger against the enemy, while ensuring unity and solidarity and avoiding any disputes. Along with expressing condolences on the martyrdom of the steadfast, courageous, insightful, and tireless leader of Iran and the Islamic world, Ayatollah al-Uzma Imam Khamenei (may Allah reward him), it is reported that yesterday a number of brave and valiant commanders of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran were martyred in a brutal attack by the most evil regimes, criminals, and corrupt forces in the world—namely criminal America and the Zionist regime.
Among those martyred were:
• Martyr Lieutenant General Seyyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces
• Martyr Major General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps
• Martyr Admiral Ali Shamkhani, Advisor to the Supreme Commander and Secretary of the Defense Council
• Martyr Lieutenant General Aziz Nasirzadeh, Minister of Defense and Logistics of the Armed Forces
These commanders were martyred while attending a Defense Council meeting, answering the call of God, and joining their fellow martyrs.
