🇮🇷 | Arrest of a Media Operative Linked to Hostile Groups in Shahr-e Qods:

Following intelligence monitoring and surveillance by police officers in Qods County, one of the leaders of the riots in Shahr-e Qods was identified and arrested in a surprise operation.

During interrogations and after reviewing available evidence and documents, it was determined that the individual, due to his active presence on social media, had recorded videos of all his participation in the riots and prepared them for transmission to hostile networks.

• Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Abdolrahim Mousavi, stated that if Iranian youth had confronted rioters using weapons, the unrest could have been ended within two hours.

• Mousavi emphasized that security forces confronted the rioters without weapons, noting that many personnel were not permitted to use arms at all.

• Hormozgan police commander Ali Akbar Javidan announced the arrest of a 10-member terrorist cell in connection with the recent riots in the city of Bandar Abbas.
