Iran

• Tasnim News Agency reported that Iranian border guard forces thwarted an infiltration attempt by three terrorist cells attempting to enter the country. Large quantities of weapons and ammunition prepared for sabotage operations were seized.

• The Khuzestan Intelligence Department announced the arrest of the main perpetrator involved in the desecration and arson attack on the shrine of Imamzadeh Sabzqaba (A) in Dezful. All members of the group responsible for desecrating the shrine and the tomb of Martyr Lieutenant General Gholamali Rashid and his son have been identified.

• Authorities stated that the attackers acted in a Daesh-like manner on the evening of January 8. Intelligence and security operations will continue until all remaining elements are apprehended.

• Iranian police confirmed the arrest of five members of the PJAK group. The suspects were reportedly receiving funds linked to Zionist-affiliated networks for sabotage activities, including arson attacks on police vehicles. The group’s liaison was arrested at the Kurdistan border while receiving money.

• Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, Major General Mohammad Pakpour, stated that Iran will deliver a decisive response to enemy miscalculations and ISIS-like mercenaries. He emphasized that the unity of the Iranian nation nullifies hostile plans by the United States and Israel.

• The IRGC Intelligence Organization reported progress in countering what it described as an American-Zionist chaos project. It stated that nearly 400,000 public reports were received via the Basij Intelligence 114 system, leading to multiple arrests and the dismantling of terrorist networks across nine provinces.

• According to the statement, 31 individuals prepared to cooperate with Mossad were identified, and several monarchist and separatist-linked cells were dismantled before planned attacks on military and law enforcement sites.

Regional Developments

• Al Araby reported that Turkey has expressed concern over Iranian threats to target American bases in the region, including facilities located on Turkish territory. Iran reportedly sent warnings to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Turkey, and Qatar.

• Israeli occupation forces reportedly shot a young man in Wadi al-Raqad in southern Syria.

• Iraqi Kataib Hezbollah Secretary-General Hajj Abu Hussein al-Humaidawi issued a statement declaring full support for Iran in the event of aggression, warning that war against Iran would have severe regional consequences.

Occupied Palestine

• Israeli media reported the arrest and indictment of an active-duty soldier from the Givati Brigade on charges of spying for Iran. Israeli security officials described the case as one of the most dangerous espionage investigations to date.

• Authorities claim the soldier had been in contact with Iranian intelligence since July 2025 and allegedly transferred sensitive information, including images of military bases and equipment. A comprehensive gag order remains in place.

Yemen

• Professor Mohammed Al-Farah, a member of the Ansar Allah political bureau, stated that Iran views current threats as existential and will respond differently from the past. He warned that any aggression could lead to attacks on American bases, aircraft carriers, and global energy supply routes.

• Al-Farah added that Iran’s preparedness is at a high level and that Sana’a remains on full alert in anticipation of any regional escalation.

✅ | What the enemies are threatening to do against the Islamic Republic of Iran may lead to the opening of the gates of hell in the region. Iran’s policy of strategic patience was aimed, insofar as it was aimed at anything, at protecting the Islamic Republic. However, since the enemies have decided to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs, make aggression a decisive factor in Iran’s future, and turn Iran into a playground for colonial Western savagery, it is logical that the time has come to use what Iran previously refrained from using in the region, and perhaps even in the world. Additionally, many free people in the region and around the world, who recognize the dangers of Iran falling into the hands of the American empire of evil, will find themselves compelled to contribute to Iran’s defense. Defending Iran is not an exclusive right of Iranians, nor is it their sole duty; rather, it is a right, and a duty, of every free person in the world who has been supported by Iran’s revolution or who benefits politically and strategically from the existence of an oasis of independence in a desert of subordination.

Because of Trump, who thinks differently each time, in Israel they are still aligning with the assessments we are hearing: that Trump has already made the decision and that its implementation is imminent. There are different types of disagreements, or varying estimates, within the security system that cannot be detailed here, but from Israel’s point of view, the decision has been made and Trump will attack. The only questions are when and on what scale. In fact, they were waiting for Trump with great tension, to the extent that yesterday’s cabinet meeting was very short. Why was it short? Because they were waiting to hear Trump speak, only to hear an hour-and-a-half speech focused on the American economy. In any case, in Israel they believe that from Trump’s perspective the decision has been made, that it will happen, and that it will happen soon according to European estimates. It is no coincidence that bases across the Middle East are being evacuated.

Regardless of whether an American-Israeli aggression against Iran occurs soon or not, Iran is currently acting as if war is inevitable and is taking all necessary measures for the worst-case scenario. This does not mean that Iran will necessarily counter or intercept the strikes, but rather that it is doing everything required to minimize their impact while maintaining maximum offensive flexibility. Defense against American-Israeli air capabilities is almost impossible; therefore, the objective is to absorb the strikes and raise the cost of the confrontation for the enemy.

🇮🇷 | Iranian authorities have released footage showing the burning of the shrine of Imamzadeh Sabz-qaba, Muhammad ibn Imam Musa al-Kadhim (A), whose holy grave chamber was set on fire by Mossad-linked Pahlavi terrorists. The video clearly shows the shrine engulfed in flames. Are these the so-called “protesters” demanding milk and bread?

From all parts of the world, we urge the Iranian judiciary not to show leniency toward those responsible for this act. At the Malik Ashtar base, our dear martyr, Martyr Samiei, was inside the site and was armed. However, when these criminals arrived, he did not open fire because he was not authorized to do so. They came armed, yet he did not fire a single shot. Look at the extent of the injustice: they shot him and did not even spare his body, mutilating it with blocks and cement.

We say to the tyrant Trump: we are the continuation of a nation’s path that has made sacrifices in confronting arrogance, and the fire you ignited will burn you.

We tell Trump: we are the people of Imam Husayn (A). Come and see what will happen to American bases, ships, and forces in the region.

Now make a joint media network of English-knowing, speaking, and conveying journalists and Media channels, who can take directives directly from the Foreign Ministry, IRGC, the armed forces, and the Office of the Leader, and convey them through a specific channel on Telegram, Twitter, other social platforms, and an official website. This is one of the biggest shortcomings ever, and we do not understand why loads of money are wasted on those who do not know the difference between 'news' and 'new'.

Moreover, this network should include teams for fact-checking, monitoring hostile media narratives, and rapid-response communication, capable of countering misinformation within minutes. It should also have multilingual capabilities to reach wider audiences and engage with journalists, analysts, and global media houses to ensure that Iran’s perspective is understood correctly. This is not merely about broadcasting news—it is about shaping perceptions, countering propaganda, and protecting national security in the information domain.

Failing to implement this system is not just a media gap; it is a strategic vulnerability. Every hour without clear, credible communication allows adversaries to fill the vacuum with lies and misrepresentation. Investing in this network is not optional—it is essential for safeguarding the nation’s image, defending its policies, and projecting Iran’s voice on the global stage.

Imam Musa al-Kadhim (A) was poisoned and martyred under the Abbasid despot Harun al-Rashid, following a Jewish conspiracy. The Imam was brutally killed while imprisoned, under the supervision of a Jew Sindi ibn Shahik, a jailer of the Abbasid ruler Harun.
