The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, His Eminence Shaykh Naim Qassim, met in Beirut with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Abbas Araghchi, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Iranian Ambassador Mujtaba Amani.

The meeting included a comprehensive discussion on regional and global developments, their repercussions, and their impact on the countries of the region.

Shaykh Naim Qassim addressed the continuation of American-Israeli aggression and the Israeli enemy’s failure to adhere to the ceasefire agreement signed in November 2024, despite Lebanon’s commitment and fulfillment of its obligations south of the Litani River. He emphasized that this behavior confirms the expansionist intentions repeatedly declared by Netanyahu under the concept of a so-called “Greater Israel.”

He stated that the Israeli enemy will not achieve its objectives through continued aggression, given the strong popular and resistance cohesion committed to liberating the land and returning to the villages and cities of southern Lebanon. He affirmed continued cooperation with the Lebanese state and army to expel the occupation, halt aggression, secure the release of prisoners, rebuild what has been destroyed, and strengthen the state.

For his part, Dr. Abbas Araghchi said that Iran seeks to strengthen its relations with Lebanon, as friendly nations do. He noted that the accompanying economic delegation aims to expand cooperation across various sectors.

He added that despite sanctions, Iran has demonstrated resilience and determination in confronting realities on the ground, and that government measures taken will soon show tangible results. He stressed that threats against Iran will not deprive it of its peaceful nuclear rights or its right to develop defensive capabilities, affirming that Iran will continue to face challenges under the leadership of Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei.

Their actions resemble extremist cult-like behavior, marked by destruction, hatred, and the targeting of anything and anyone associated with Islam.

The attacks were directed specifically against Islamic symbols, mosques, and religious signs. These actions were not about freedom, reform, or nationalism. They were acts of hostility against religion and religious identity, carried out under the cover of unrest. The nature of the attacks makes it clear that the objective was to undermine Islamic values rather than to seek justice or genuine change.

✅ | Will say it once again: Iran is not Venezuela or Syria, where sudden tremors dismantled entire countries. Iran has stood firm under the same intensity of pressure for more than four decades. On a daily basis, it has survived the most severe sanctions, the deadliest assaults, and millions of targeted pressures. What is happening today is not new for this country.

Iran’s strength does not lie only in its leadership or its armed forces. The people are stronger. They stand with dignity. We do not always see them because disruptive and hostile elements are amplified and made more visible. But the real men and women of this nation are present, and it is only a matter of time before their resolve becomes clear.

Leniency and tolerance toward those who benefited the enemies may have delayed accountability, but this will not continue indefinitely. In due course, responsibility will be assigned to those involved. The nation is aware, and patience does not mean weakness.

On X, we now see attempts to promote the Pahlavi flag as a symbol for Iran. This is absurd, meaningless, laughable, and as useless as the agendas of the enemies behind it. Even if this flag were unfurled at the United Nations headquarters, it would not affect Iran by even an inch. Such efforts will not impact the Islamic Republic in any way. Many of those pushing this narrative are sitting thousands of kilometers away from the region, believing they can reshape reality through social media.

This is not Syria, nor is it a scenario where armed groups or externally backed forces can seize control through propaganda. The leadership confronting pressure on every front has also prepared a global force to counter misinformation and media disinformation; "The mujahideen of Tabyeen". The struggle today is not only on the ground—it is also a media war, and this front is being actively contested.
