During an inspection of his mobile phone, a message from an Israeli phone number was discovered, along with additional documents and evidence, including a coded notebook containing the names and addresses of several security institutions.

Based on his own testimony and other evidence, the legal court decided to execute him, and he was hanged until death.

Salafi formations and HTS factions are experiencing deep internal fractures across ideological, organizational, and operational lines. These divisions have been intensified by HTS’s coordination with China to hand over Uyghur militants, a move that produced indirect but far-reaching repercussions within jihadist networks. This decision weakened trust, accelerated internal dissent, and created new fault lines among foreign and local fighters alike.

The Americans now understand how to exploit these fractures effectively. Fragmented ranks are dispersing, splinter groups are emerging, and disaffected fighters are gradually gravitating toward ISIS 2.0, which is being positioned as an alternative pole of attraction. In this way, instability, internal rivalries, and unresolved grievances are being transformed into strategic leverage, allowing external actors to reshape the militant landscape in Syria and Iraq while maintaining long-term influence.

"If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another people, and you will not harm Him in the least. And God is Powerful over all things.”

It is reported from the Commander of the Faithful, the Master of the Monotheists, and the Imam of the Mujahidin, ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib (A), that he said:

“Indeed, jihad is one of the gates of Paradise. God has opened it for the elite of His friends. It is the garment of piety, the fortified armor of God, and His secure shield. Whoever abandons it out of aversion, God will clothe him with the garment of humiliation and affliction will encompass him.”

Whoever is entrusted with weapons to protect his family, his land, the sovereignty of his country, and its sanctities, and then seeks to relinquish those weapons without achieving sovereignty or safeguarding families and holy sites, that is his own affair and personal decision. However, he must return the weapons to their source, for they do not belong to him; rather, a trust must be returned to its rightful owners. It would be more appropriate for him to leave the door of action open for those who believe in the obligation of remaining steadfast on this noble path.

As our esteemed religious authorities have indicated, the realization of sovereignty, the control of Iraq’s security, and the prevention of foreign interference in all its forms are prerequisites for discussing the restriction of arms to the state. We affirm that our position is in accordance with what our religious authorities have stated, once these conditions are fulfilled.

Resistance is a right, and its weapons shall remain in the hands of its fighters. Any discussion of an understanding with the government will only take place after the withdrawal of all occupation forces, NATO forces, and the Turkish army, and after ensuring the safety of our people and our sanctities from the threats posed by the gangs of Julani and the Peshmerga.
