✅ | One must not forget that Tom Barrack, who was an Epstein Island visitor, has been serving as a U.S. special envoy for Turkey since May this year. From the very beginning of his role, he has repeatedly used dominating, humiliating, and coercive language toward Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon. His statements and conduct reflect not diplomacy, but a colonial mindset that treats entire nations as subordinates rather than sovereign states.
Barrack has openly promoted a framework of submission, declaring that any country or actor that falls under American “protection” like Syria will be rewarded with money, security guarantees, and political cover. This approach is not new. It is the same old imperial formula of obedience in exchange for temporary benefits, a model that has historically ended in betrayal once interests shift.
This clearly confirms that Turkey’s time has been recalculated, not as a partner, but as a disposable instrument. The United States and Israel will not spare Turkey, nor any regional actor that attempts even a limited form of independence. Any initiative that does not fully align with American and Israeli interests is immediately treated as hostile. There is no middle ground, no neutrality, and no reward for partial compliance.
What is even more dangerous is the illusion that loyalty or service will grant immunity. History has repeatedly shown that once a proxy has outlived its usefulness, it is discarded without hesitation.
