With reverence and commitment to continue the path of resistance, the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc extends its salute to the souls of all righteous martyrs on Hezbollah Martyr Day, commemorated every year on 11/11. On this occasion, the bloc renews its determination to advance Lebanon so that it remains sovereign, liberated, resistant to occupation and foreign guardianship, and steadfast in confronting all attempts to drag it once again into the Israeli era, promoted and supported by the United States, the patron of terrorism and aggression.

This situation requires, in addition to the responsible political and military statements issued by some officials, that every possible effort and all available options be used with the ceasefire sponsors. The Supervisory Committee must be compelled to enforce measures to stop violations and condemn the enemy’s aggression according to the agreement. The blood shed by the enemy is not cheap, and no one has the right to treat it lightly or to exploit these crimes to serve the enemy’s goals on one hand or to pursue vile factional interests on the other at the expense of Lebanon, its sovereignty, and its national dignity.

2. The American efforts to intensify financial pressure on Lebanon—aimed at preventing reconstruction and blackmailing its people and state—are strongly condemned and rejected. These pressures were recently escalated by a delegation from the U.S. National Security Council and the Treasury Department, which issued brazen demands to impose measures complementing the Israeli war on our country. These efforts amount to imposing financial guardianship and illegally controlling the financial sector, both public and private. Any compliance with such dictates constitutes an abandonment of sovereignty, a violation of the constitution, a breach of the law, and a threat to stability.

3. The bloc strongly rejects repeated attempts to undermine the principle of coexistence enshrined in the preamble of the constitution, most recently demonstrated by the non-consensual vote on amendments to the electoral law.
