One of our most significant operations was an ambush against enemy infantry forces southwest of Gaza City on Saturday, where our fighters targeted an infantry force followed by a zionist bulldozer with anti-personnel explosive devices, causing confirmed injuries and hearing the enemy soldier's screams and pleas for help.

In another operation on Saturday, fighters in the Al-Tawam area north of Gaza targeted a zionist troop carrier with an Al-Yassin missile, hitting it directly.

Three soldiers disembarked, and our fighters eliminated with an anti-personnel missile, resulting in their deaths. Then, Al-Qassam forces ambushed the surrounding area, awaiting the arriving zionist rescue force. Our fighters clashed with them face-to-face, resulting in no less than seven deaths, and our fighters returned safely to their bases.

Yesterday, Sunday, a force of 25 fighters from Al-Qassam Brigades' elite forces carried out an organized attack on enemy forces using Al-Rantisi Children's Hospital as their base after it had been evacuated of patients and displaced people. The fighters attacked a troop carrier near the hospital and concurrently attacked a school next to the hospital where an enemy infantry force was fortified, with anti-fortification missiles and machine guns.

They then destroyed a tank and a troop carrier rushing to the site for help. Our fighters killed four soldiers disembarking from the carrier at point-blank range. Zionist warplanes intervened and bombed the site, resulting in the martyrdom of one of our fighters, while 24 others withdrew from their positions safely. We believe the enemy bombed its own forces on the ground, thinking they had been captured in this operation.

In many instances, in confrontation areas, our fighters have observed that when the zionist enemy is unable to retrieve its destroyed or damaged vehicles, it bombs them from the air in an attempt to erase the traces of its failure.

It is worth noting that these details are only a part of what the circumstances have allowed us to announce so far from the operations. Hundreds of our fighters are still in special defensive combat positions in all defense and confrontation areas. They have carried out many operations that we will reveal later when security and field conditions permit.

🔺 Special Operation #1:

- The attack was conducted by a force of 25 elite Qassam fighters.
- It took place in the vicinity of Rantisi Hospital, which the IOF forcefully evacuated and turned into a base of operations.
- The group destroyed an APC and attacked an infantry force barricading in a school using TBG (Thermobaric) and automatic rounds.
- A tank & APC rushed to aid the attacked IOF group.
- 4 troops emerged from the APC, and were liquidated at point-blank range.
- The Zionist air-force bombed the site, fearing that some of their troops had been kidnapped.
- 1 fighter was martyred in the operation; 24 returned safely.

🔺 Special Operation #2:

- An APC was hit with a Yasssin-105 rocket.
- Three IOF soldiers emerged from it, and were immediately eliminated with anti-infantry rounds.
- The fighters heard the IOF soldiers screaming and begging for help.
- The Qassam fighters laid an ambush for the rescue force which they knew would show up.
- When the rescue force appeared, the Qassam fighters clashed with it face to face, killing at least 7 soldiers.

🗓️20 November 2023: Latest updates of past hours.

⚡️ Violent clashes erupted in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, located south of Gaza City. Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades' fighters actively engaged in intense conflicts with enemy soldiers across multiple areas within Gaza City.

⚡️ Saraya Al-Quds fighters fiercely clashed with an enemy group in the Al-Zaytoun axis, employing an RPG shell to directly strike them, causing casualties among their ranks.

⚡️ Since the commencement of the ground invasion of Gaza City and its northern regions, the Al-Qassam Brigades independently destroyed over 308 Israeli vehicles, either partially or completely.

⚡️ Al-Quds Brigades targeted seven military vehicles during night-time clashes along the advancing fronts in Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, Saftawi, and west of Jabalia Camp. They utilized "Tandem" shells and martyrdom operation devices in these confrontations.

⚡️ The Resistance succeeded in eliminating two soldiers from the "Israeli" army, specifically from the 890th Paratroopers Brigade, as a direct outcome of the ground battles within the Gaza Strip.
