On World Children's Day, we in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirm the following:
Firstly: The United Nations and international institutions' celebration of World Children's Day places them in front of the reality of their role entrusted to them in protecting the children of the Gaza Strip and providing all the basics of human life, and it holds them politically, morally, and humanely responsible for acting and seriously moving to stop the massacres and the genocide war against the innocent childhood in Palestine.
Secondly: We call for the inclusion of the zionist Nazi entity in the "List of Shame," which includes organizations and states that violate the rights of children in conflict areas, and to work by all means to prosecute the leaders of the Nazi occupation for their crimes against Palestinian children as war criminals.
Thirdly: The escalation of the Nazi occupation's crimes against the children of Palestine is nothing but a desperate attempt that will not succeed in terrorizing the popular cradle of the resistance, breaking the will of our people and their steadfastness and firmness in their land. Our people will proceed, with all firmness and certainty, adhering to their rights and national thawabet and legitimate struggle, united with their brave resistance, until the defeat of the occupation and its disappearance, and the exercise of their right to self-determination with the establishment of the Palestinian state with its capital, Al-Quds.

On this day, November 20, 1935, the British terrorist colonialists killed Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam during an armed clash near Jenin in the village of Ya'bad.
His martyrdom was due to the outbreak of the Great Palestinian Revolt in 1936 against the British colonialists and Zionists.
