To the honorable nation of Iran, it is hereby informed that since yesterday, the Zionist enemy has launched widespread attacks on the country’s banking network. Most of these attacks have been repelled; however, they caused disruptions in service provision at two banks. Thanks to the efforts of cybersecurity teams, the disruption at one bank was resolved in a short time, and recovery of services at the second bank is currently underway.

Being fully aware of the enemy’s operational use of cyber infrastructure to gather information and conduct military operations, important measures were taken to neutralize the enemy’s misuse. These measures have dealt a serious blow to the Zionists’ military operations.

However, these measures have also caused difficulties for the honorable people of Iran. We appreciate your patience and resilience, and additional actions will be implemented to inflict further damage on the enemy’s operations.

Furthermore, it is brought to the attention of fellow citizens that some foreign platforms and applications (apps) have sided with the enemy in this cyber attack by collecting voice, location, and even images. Therefore, it is essential for all users to exercise necessary caution when using these platforms and applications to avoid harm to our compatriots.

The Cybersecurity Command thanks you for your steadfast support and requests all citizens to disregard rumors, unqualified statements, and unsubstantiated claims, and to consider only official announcements from this Command regarding cybersecurity matters.
