The full text of the decree by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Brigadier General Sayyid Majid Mousavi,

In view of the honorable and proud martyrdom of Major General Amir Ali Hajizadeh at the hands of the wretched Zionist regime, and based on the recommendation of the IRGC Commander-in-Chief as well as your qualifications and valuable experiences, I hereby appoint you as the Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

It is expected that you will enhance all-round capabilities and constantly improve the missile and drone sectors, prepare for a strong and effective presence in space, and strengthen the piety, insight, and spiritual foundation of personnel in line with building a force worthy of the Islamic Revolution.

On the blessed occasion of Eid al-Ghadir, while praying for the elevation of the ranks and lofty status of the martyr and his companionship with the friends of Allah, especially the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (peace be upon him), I deem it necessary to express gratitude and appreciation for the valuable and foundational services rendered by the martyr during his tenure.
