While these signs suggest a major escalation, It is quite clear that anything significant will not happen before the scheduled U.S.-Iran negotiations in Oman on Sunday. However, it is likely that Israel will wait until after the IAEA Board of Governors passes a censure resolution against Iran for non-compliance. Before launching any strike, Israel also wants Donald Trump to publicly declare that negotiations with Iran have failed.
