In loyalty to the overflowing blood, filled with hope for a near and promised victory, and in affirmation of continuing the path of resistance, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) calls for massive participation in the funeral procession of the martyr leader Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (r) and the martyr leader Sayyid Hashim Safi al-Din (r) in Beirut on February 23, 2025.

We pledge to the martyrs that the resistance will persist until the liberation of Palestine and the expulsion of the occupation.

Indeed, it is a jihad for either victory or martyrdom.

With heartfelt words reflecting his deep sorrow for Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, the Sayyid of the Martyrs of the Ummah, the Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Shaykh Qais Khazali, addressed the resistance supporters with an emotional message that resonated in their hearts, expressing the intensity of his grief for the supreme and sacred martyr.

In a statement to Al-Ahed News, Shaykh Khazali said:

“Today, we bid farewell with utmost reverence and honor to a great man—great in the sacrifices he made for the elevation of religion, the support of the oppressed, and the defense of the weak.”

Shaykh Khazali continued, describing Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah as:

“He was not like other men; rather, he was a whole nation in his character, ethics, struggle, generosity, martyrdom, and sacrifices. He was truthful in his words and actions, honest in his jihad and resistance, sealing his life with martyrdom.”

He added:

“The truth of his promise—that we will inevitably achieve victory—must be fulfilled.”

Shaykh Khazali reaffirmed his commitment to the path of resistance until the ultimate victory is achieved, through the eradication of the cancerous tumor—the usurping Zionist entity—and the purification of the land from its existence.
