They are offering free shops and settlements to terrorists from Uzbekistan, the so-called oppressed Uyghurs of China, and Turkmenistan. These terrorists are granted free schools for their children and given looted lands stolen from the Shiites and Alawites, who are forcibly displaced. Hundreds of kilometers of land have been confiscated, with ownership papers forged and transferred to these terrorists.
