Factions affiliated with HTS are evacuating residents from their homes in some areas in Syria under various pretexts, illegally and without taking into account any humanitarian conditions, and in light of the complete silence of the new Syrian government, as no official statements have been issued and no official body has intervened in what is happening to put an end to the violations.
The latest of these violations was in the Guards Housing area near Qudsaya in the Damascus countryside, which are residences for Syrian army officers that were granted by the state during the era of the former regime. Armed factions attacked these homes in an attempt to force them out of them without giving deadlines, judicial warrants or an official decision issued by the state.
