The leadership of the Syrian Popular Resistance has chosen the path of sacrifice and walked the road of martyrdom in the cause of Allah, standing with the oppressed and defending our land and honor. We remain steadfast in our pledge, knowing no retreat, seeking only one of two noble outcomes: victory or martyrdom.
Our leadership is martyrdom-seeking, and the time has come to fulfill the oath. With unwavering will and firm faith, we march toward our final battle, confronting tyranny, occupation, and its allies. This will be the last military statement issued by the resistance leadership—either victory that raises the banner of truth or martyrdom that joins us with the righteous.
Our resistance has been a cry against injustice, fueled by an unshakable belief that Syria deserves freedom. We knocked on every door, sought financial and military support, but no one answered. We carried our weapons with what little we had, sold our possessions to raise the banner of resistance, and left our families even before the fall of the Syrian state—we have not seen them since. We have sacrificed everything for a cause we believed in until our last breath.
We spent sleepless nights, exhausted our bodies, and slept under the open sky in the freezing cold, enduring hunger, but our determination never wavered—because we were fighting for Syria. We tried to unite our people, remove division, but only a few responded, while many chose to wage war against us. Our own people fought us, betrayed us, and became spies for the enemy.
Yet we are certain that resistance never dies and that there are men on the ground who will continue the path. Our fighters may fall, but the banner will not. The flag of freedom will not break. We have believed in this path until our last heartbeat, swearing never to betray the land watered by the blood of martyrs.
Our true enemies have always been and remain Wahhabism, Zionists, America, NATO, and their allies. These forces have sown division, torn apart our nations, plundered our wealth, and supported every criminal who waged war against our people. We will never forget their crimes and will never forgive those who betrayed the blood of martyrs. Their reckoning is coming, and the resistance will continue.
Thus, we order all fighters and loyal mujahideen to strictly adhere to the plans and directives previously set by the leadership and never deviate under any circumstances. The battle continues, the path is clear, and there is no place among us for treachery or cowardice. Hold fast to your pledge, march forward with steadfastness, for victory is only a matter of patience.
After fourteen years of bitter wars, struggle, and sacrifice, the journey of Syria’s loyal sons—who gave their lives for this homeland and spared it nothing—comes to an end. But resistance never ends, and truth is never defeated. The caravan continues, and the banner remains raised in the hands of the free.
We came as unknown soldiers, fought in silence, and now we depart as unknown soldiers. We never sought fame or reward—our path was for Allah and the homeland. But after us, men will rise to continue the journey.
