Iranians have begun Ten-Day Dawn celebrations to mark the 46th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution that toppled the US-backed Pahlavi regime.
The nationwide celebrations started on Friday, which coincides with the 12th day of the solar calendar month of Bahman. The day marks the homecoming of the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, after several years of living in exile.
Celebrating the day, motorcycle parades were held in the capital Tehran and other cities across the country.
On Thursday, Imam Khamenei (H) paid tribute to Imam Khomeini at his mausoleum in Tehran.
Every year, Iranians mark the anniversary of their Islamic Revolution from February 1 to 11, known as the Ten-Day Dawn ceremonies. During the celebrations, Iranians take part in different events and activities to mark the occasion.
Led by Imam Khomeini, the Islamic Revolution was driven by anti-imperialist sentiments since former Iranian monarch Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was heavily dependent on Western powers, not least the United States.
By toppling the Pahlavi regime 46 years ago, the Iranian nation ended 2,500 years of monarchic rule and established a new political system – a republic based on Islamic values and democracy.
The Islamic Republic has hit the long-held gathering of Westerners who have burned the majority of the world under their oppression and opened a new gate for seeking freedom. All praise is due to Allah, who granted victory to His servant, honored His soldiers, and defeated the confederates alone. May peace and blessings be upon our leader, Muhammad, the commander of the mujahideen until the Day of Judgment.
With great pride and honor, the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, mourns to our Palestinian people, to the masses of our Arab and Islamic Ummah, and to all the free people of the world, the martyrs of our great people and the heroic martyrs of our resistance, foremost among them the leaders whom Allah honored with the dignity of martyrdom during the epic of Al-Aqsa Flood. They are:

• Martyr Leader Yahya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim), Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas
• Martyr Leader Saleh al-Arouri (Abu Mohammed), Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas
• Martyr Leader Taysir Ibrahim (Abu Muhammad), Head of the Supreme Judicial Council of Hamas
• Martyr Leader Osama al-Muzaini (Abu Humam), Head of Hamas’ Shura Council in Gaza
• Martyr Leader Rouhi Mushtaha (Abu Jamal), Member of the Political Bureau of Hamas
• Martyr Leader Samih al-Sarraj (Abu Fikri), Member of the Political Bureau of Hamas
• Martyr Leader Marwan Issa (Abu al-Baraa), Member of the Political Bureau of Hamas

• Martyr Leader Fatehallah Sharif (Abu al-Amin), Member of the External Leadership and Hamas Commander in Lebanon
As the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, bids farewell to the martyrs of our people, our resistance, and our great leaders, we pledge before Allah, our people, and our ummah to remain loyal to their blood, to carry the trust for which they sacrificed their lives, until full liberation, the expulsion of the enemy, the return of our people to their homeland, and the restoration of all their rights in their state with Al-Quds as its capital.
Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.

“Among the believers are men true to what they promised God. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow, and among them is he who awaits [his chance], and they have not changed [their commitment] in the least.”

Hezbollah extends its deepest condolences and congratulations to the mujahideen brothers in the Hamas movement, to all the dear Palestinian resistance factions, and to the patient and struggling Palestinian people on the martyrdom of Muhammad al-Deif, Chief of Staff of the Al-Qassam Brigades, along with a group of his senior comrades from the Military Council. We also extend our condolences to their honorable families, asking God Almighty to grant them patience, solace, and great reward.
We take pride in these noble leaders who remained steadfast in the field of jihad and resistance until the last moments of their lives, offering everything in defense of their people’s dignity and the struggle for freedom and independence. Muhammad al-Deif, a great leader who dedicated his life to fighting the occupying Israeli enemy, played a pivotal role in inflicting defeat upon them, particularly as the chief architect of the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa. He and his brothers will forever stand as symbols for the free people who continue on the path of resistance.
The blood of the martyr leaders and all those who sacrificed their lives in the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa has led to a historic victory, forcing the enemy to cease fire and securing the liberation of large numbers of prisoners and detainees. Their sacrifices will only strengthen the determination and resolve of the patient Palestinian people to persist on this path, no matter the cost. This struggle brings our nation closer to God’s divine promise of victory and dignity for His believing servants.
