🟢 Report | Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson Abu Ubaydah (H) issued a speech today announcing the martyrdom of the commander-in-chief of the Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Deif, and resistance leaders from the General Military Council of the Al…

(2/2):

These martyred commanders departed after a life of immense struggle, during which they fought heroic battles, inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, and placed its downfall and defeat on an inevitable path.

This is the legacy of our leader, Mohammed Deif (Abu Khaled)—who exhausted the enemy for over 30 years. How could Mohammed Deif be remembered in history without the title of martyr and the honor of martyrdom in the path of Allah?

How could Marwan Issa, the mastermind of Al-Qassam and its steadfast pillar, die in his bed? How could Abu Musa, the wise fighter and exceptional leader, or Raed Thabet, the towering mountain, not sacrifice their lives for Al-Aqsa?

How could our heroic brigade commanders—Ahmed Al-Ghandour, Ayman Nofal, and Rafiq Salama—not lead from the front alongside thousands of their fighting brothers and sacrifice their blood, after plunging a poisoned dagger into the heart of the enemy in Al-Aqsa Flood? The trade was indeed successful, O great ones!

Blessed are you, O our martyred leaders, your families, your children, and the people who nurtured you, embraced you, and stood by you in your lives—and will continue on your path after your passing until your aspirations are fulfilled, and your struggle achieves victory.

Glad tidings to you, O our leaders, and to all the martyrs of our people—those who were killed in the path of Allah—for He will not waste their deeds. He will guide them, improve their state, and admit them into paradise, which He has prepared for them.

🟩 Breaking | Hamas' statement:

With pride, steadfastness, and determination to continue on the path of resistance, we mourn the Chief of Staff of the Qassam Brigades, the martyred leader Muhammad al-Deif, along with a group of great leaders from the General Military Council of the Qassam Brigades.

These leaders ascended as heroes, advancing in the battlefield of Al-Aqsa Flood, leading and directing with the soldiers of the victorious Qassam Brigades, who shaped the epic of October 7th with their sacrifices.

Their steadfastness, supported by popular solidarity, shattered the myth of the invincible army, broke the occupier’s arrogance, and thwarted all enemy plans—creating an eternal legacy for Palestine, the nation, and all free people of the world. Their struggle stands as a global model of heroism, steadfastness, and the will to achieve freedom and independence.

The great martyr leader, the hero Abu Khaled al-Deif, lived as a steadfast, brave, and creative resistance fighter. His raids and battles are etched into the soil of Palestine, from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank, where he was among the first to lay the foundation of military resistance alongside his martyred comrades Imad Aql, Zakaria al-Shorbaji, and Salah Shehadeh.

Under his leadership, this structure grew and flourished, guided by his vision and care. It evolved into a powerful force, marked by exceptional heroism and advanced military capabilities, developed with Palestinian ingenuity. His legacy imposed new rules of engagement on the battlefield, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy and shaping the ongoing struggle.

The image, voice, and presence of the martyred leader Abu Khaled al-Deif haunted the enemy’s leadership, security, and intelligence services, who failed in every attempt to assassinate him. His very name instilled fear and terror in the hearts of the Zionist entity’s political and military figures, until he ascended as a martyr in the greatest battle in the history of our resisting people, a battle he shaped with his thought, blood, and sacrifice.

The legacy of the martyr Abu Khaled will continue to inspire generations of our people and nation. The spirit of struggle and resistance he instilled remains alive and unyielding, burning brightly and unextinguished, by the will and power of God.

The occupation will not succeed in breaking the will of resistance and the steadfastness of our people. The assassination of the movement’s leaders and symbols will only strengthen its determination to continue the path of resistance until the liberation of the land and holy sites.

A movement whose leaders are martyrs in the first row cannot be defeated by any brutal force on earth. No sacrifice is too great to keep the flame of resistance alive.

May God have mercy on the great leader Muhammad al-Deif and his martyred brothers, the leaders of the Qassam Brigades, and all the heroic martyrs who gave their lives on the path to liberating Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa. May He grant them the highest paradise, alongside the prophets, the truthful, and the righteous. We remain committed to honoring their blood and sacrifice until the complete liberation of our land and holy sites and the elimination of the occupation, by God’s will and power.

“It is a struggle—victory or martyrdom.”

🏴 Adieu | We at Enemy Watch offer our condolences to all those who joined the resistance bloc globally to support the cause, which was clear, pure, and solely dependent on its goals. It is also one of the most important platforms showing the height of patience and perseverance in human beings, illustrating the extremes of following the path of Islam.

During Tufan-al-Aqa, many came to know about Shaheed Abu Khalid Muhammad Deif (r), the commander and planner of this historic battle, made by the true ideological followers of the grand battle of Karbala. Muhammad Deif was new to many, but he had been a shadow commander since before many of us were even born. We have known him for decades and witnessed his precision of patience and extremes of hopefulness. His heart was steel, his blood was like the ocean, and he thought like Hazrat Sinwar (r) did — great things. What’s greater than this battle was flying above the man-made, blood-sucking differences and sectarian divisions in Islamic society. Both ascended on the Mi’raj of faith, understanding how and when to act.

Muhammad Deif (r) was closely related to Hezbollah commanders, especially Shaheed Sayyid (r) and Hajj Abd al-Qadir. He was the best ally of Shaheed al-Quds Qasim Soleimani (r). We do not lament in weakness, for he was not weak — he was ready to die for the cause. He was at the top among the martyrs of Palestine. He was great, handsome, skilled, and true. Indeed, he was the son of Al-Aqsa, the sanctuary standing upon the blood of martyrs.

Muhammad Deif didn’t need any introduction or public showoff; he was a man of Allah. He passed his life in struggle, never happy with this world, just fighting until death. He held himself responsible if they lost, so he fought. He was martyred long ago. Today, Hamas won, Hezbollah won, PIJ won, and all resistance factions won. Everything is growing stronger. What’s missing are these leaders. When Palestine is fully freed, these sons of Al-Aqsa will no longer be with us, but one thing is necessary: to pass this legacy to the new generations.

Hamas announced his martyrdom only after achieving total victory. Announcing it beforehand would have affected the outcome — the enemies cannot enjoy this now. This wasn’t just Hamas; it was a mind full of the men of Allah.

As for the martyrs, Allah didn’t allow us to think they are dead, as He said in the Quran:

“And do not think those who have been killed in the way of Allah are dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.” (Quran 3:169)

Condolences to all Palestinian resistance factions, their people, and well-wishers. Our condolences also go to Imam Khamenei and the entire resistance leadership for their steadfast support in this great struggle.
