🇸🇾 Report | Syria’s Worsening Crisis: Hypocrisy and Unseen Crimes Amidst Regional Manipulations: (1/3):

The situation in Syria has indeed worsened, with little to no progress toward stabilization over the past months. Amidst ongoing conflicts, there are reports of a multidimensional plot fueled by intelligence shared by the U.S. and regional Arab states. These groups are allegedly attempting to incite violence against minorities and carry out mass assassinations. In some rare instances, it has been confirmed that those involved in these killings are criminals, with few facing real judicial processes, while groups like those under al-Julani’s leadership are reportedly installing local judicial bodies to clear the way for terrorists from al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other criminal elements.

There’s increasing hypocrisy exposed, especially for those who believed the fall of Bashar al-Assad would bring Islamic reform to Syria. The situation, in fact, has led to the imposition of forced practices such as wearing the burqa and indoctrination of children with radical ideologies. The lack of coverage and the presence of anti-Julani journalists is concerning, with only a few voices like Al Mayadeen, Al Manar, Vanessa Beeley, Hamdy Arnous, the Syrian Archive, Syrian Doc but no other speaking out. The coverage of these crimes remains insufficient, especially compared to the attention given to Palestine. This represents another serious issue in the international response to the crisis.

(2/3):

The situation in Syria has sharply worsened under the increasing control of Julani terror gangs, who have expanded their influence across large swathes of the country, committing brutal acts of violence and consolidating their power. In regions like Homs, Banias, Dabousieh, and Talkalakh, these terror gangs have systematically carried out massacres, including the cold-blooded killings of civilians—children, women, and the elderly—in sectarian attacks. On January 23, 2025, horrific massacres in Shia-majority villages in Homs were reported, with Julani terror gangs responsible for the bloodshed. The attacks are part of a broader campaign of violence and intimidation aimed at terrorizing minority communities. In Banias, rural Tartus, reports of heavy gunfire and shelling have flooded in, with Julani terror gang convoys entering the area under the false pretext of targeting regime remnants. In reality, the gangs are massacring unarmed civilians with no ties to the ongoing conflict. Similarly, villages in Dabousieh and rural Talkalakh have been patrolled by Julani-affiliated armed vehicles, perpetrating sectarian violence, all while a media blackout and communication disruptions prevent the full scope of their actions from reaching the outside world.

The terror gangs have employed deceptive media tactics, claiming to have withdrawn from certain areas and creating false assurances of safety. These lies have tricked civilians into staying put, only for them to be caught in raids, arrests, and brutal attacks. At the same time, the Julani gangs have disrupted internet and communication services across Syria, following a pattern seen in previous government policies that sought to hide human rights violations from the global community. In Jableh, Latakia, protests by supporters of the Julani terror gangs have erupted, and the area has seen sectarian violence ramping up as these gangs continue their brutal operations. In Latakia, heavy artillery has been deployed toward residential areas, signaling a dangerous escalation. In Arzona Village, Tartus, Julani terror gangs, along with Public Security, raided homes and subjected civilians to intense gunfire and shelling.

One of the most harrowing aspects of the ongoing crisis is the torture and brutalization of civilians. On January 24, 2025, a massacre occurred in the villages of Al-Jaafriyat and Harat Al-Akari in Homs, where the village head and his son were killed, and many others were injured. In Salmiyah, Mustafa Al-Hayek, a civilian, was arrested and taken to a prison controlled by Julani’s gangs, where he suffered severe beatings and humiliation, demonstrating the sectarian motives behind their actions. Furthermore, new tactics have emerged, such as a deceptive audio recording that revealed Julani terror gangs tricking families into surrendering their weapons, only to later execute them. These tactics have sparked outrage and further exposed the cruelty of these groups.

This is all happening amidst a broader geographical expansion of Julani terror gangs, who are effectively creating a new zone of control under the guise of fighting the regime. They are now setting up local governance structures and judicial bodies to legitimize their presence and actions, clearing the way for ISIS, al-Qaeda, and other criminal groups to operate with impunity. The terror gangs have established control over significant portions of Syria, exploiting the country’s fragmented state to deepen their grip over local populations, manipulate governance, and maintain a state of fear. The lack of coverage, especially compared to high-profile cases like Palestine, only amplifies the gravity of the situation.

The expansion of their influence across vast regions of Syria calls for urgent intervention, as these gangs are rapidly establishing their own de facto state, all while subjecting the civilian population to unimaginable suffering.

On January 23, 2025, a particularly harrowing crime took place: Julani terror forces blocked all attempts to recover the bodies of the victims they killed, leaving them exposed on the road until families were finally allowed to retrieve them—without the dignity of funerals.

In cities like Homs, the situation is dire. Flags of the Syrian revolution now sit side by side with those of terrorist groups, blending into the daily landscape. This disturbing imagery raises fundamental questions about the future of Syria: how can a nation be rebuilt when symbols of freedom are intertwined with extremist ideologies? What kind of society will emerge from this fusion of freedom and extremism?

On January 25, 2025, in rural Homs (Al-Hasna and Al-Mashirfa), armed factions affiliated with Tahrir terrorists launched a devastating raid, torching homes, looting belongings, and brutally assaulting civilians. Many bodies were discovered, and investigations are ongoing to understand the full scope of this operation. A similar raid took place in Qatana Housing this morning, where over 20 vehicles from Julani terror belts raided the area, beating civilians, insulting them with sectarian slurs, and arresting dozens, including both young men and elderly. The arrests were carried out under accusations of being “regime remnants,” with no distinction between civilians and military personnel. This brutal, indiscriminate violence continues to intensify across the country.

In Talkalakh, Turkish backed Terrorists issued sectarian threats against Alawites, targeting them with derogatory terms like “Nusayris,” further exposing the deeply rooted sectarianism within these groups. The internet blackout confirmed by Verify.Sy paints a chilling picture of a near-total communication shutdown across much of Syria, cutting off the ability of civilians to report or communicate with the outside world. This adds another layer of persecution as the Syrian people are further isolated under the control of Julani’s terror groups.

Over 80 operations have resulted in the deaths of 169 people, with the overwhelming majority being men, and 164 of those victims killed in sectarian violence. These numbers highlight the targeted nature of the killings and the stark rise in violence driven by sectarian motives. Villages like Fahil in Homs have seen HTS militants storming homes, executing civilians, and arresting others. The villagers live in constant fear that those detained may face execution, with a heavy security presence preventing anyone from approaching the bodies. Similarly, Al-Ja’faryat village in Talkalakh saw the execution of the mayor and his son, who were asked to attend an inspection, only to be killed in cold blood by HTS militants, their bodies left in the open.

In Fahel village in Homs, residents, including a woman who bravely shared her story, have endured unimaginable abuse at the hands of HTS militants, who looted homes, threatened death, and even rape, leaving the community in ruins.

The Julani terror gangs continue to tighten their grip over large parts of Syria, conducting brutal operations, killing civilians, and advancing their sectarian agenda while attempting to justify their actions under a false narrative of resistance. The world must urgently address this humanitarian crisis and ensure justice for the countless victims of these brutal attacks.

(3/3): (2nd part):

A resident of Aleppo shared his experience of abuses by Julani terror gangs. He described incidents where men were lined up and beaten, asking, “Who do we even complain to?” Many Aleppo residents are upset by the mistreatment and are questioning why their city is being marginalized and mistreated.

During a Julani terror gangs raid in Sharqaliya village, Hael Al-Rahal, an Alawite civilian, was killed after being abducted. Several young men were also taken, including Abdulaziz Ismail, Imad Ali Al-Ahmad, Basel Al-Jabr, Ali Al-Jabr, and Bashar Al-Jabr. Hael’s body was dumped on the road, highlighting the ongoing sectarian violence. The whereabouts of the other abducted men remain unknown.

Julani terror gangs raided the Qatana housing area in Damascus, arresting dozens, including elderly people and military personnel who had previously reconciled with the regime. The detainees were subjected to beatings and sectarian insults, showing continued efforts by the Julani gangs to eliminate those they see as regime sympathizers.

Jaafar Nabil Abdullah, a law student from Khan al-Assal, was found murdered after being abducted. His body showed signs of brutal torture, including the cutting off of his tongue, removal of one eye, and amputation of a hand. This marks another senseless act of violence.

Julani terror gangs attacked properties in Salamiyah, including those owned by Mohammad Asaad Al-Shaarani and Urwa Ali Al-Sarout. They vandalized a feed facility and arrested the men, only to later claim it was a “mistake”. This is part of a broader pattern of systematic intimidation and massacre in Salamiyah, which has a large Ismaili Shia population.

Rami Abdulrahman from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) confirmed that at least 15 victims of the Fahel massacre were executed by gunshots to the head. These victims, who had already reconciled with Julani terror gangs, were civilians and engineers. More than 50 people from the village are still missing, suggesting more atrocities under the cover of security operations.

⚠️ Beware:

The Palestinian Authority presidency has reportedly been involved in suspicious meetings to discuss plans for creating a miniature Palestinian state, allegedly in line with Saudi Arabia’s vision. This proposal involves establishing a so-called Palestinian state where the Palestinian Authority (PA) would govern both Gaza and the West Bank. Such a state would be recognized by the United Nations and its affiliates, raising concerns about its legitimacy and the motives behind these discussions. Critics argue that this is an attempt to impose a superficial resolution while ignoring the rights and aspirations of the "river to the sea" Palestine with no israel.

🟨 Breaking | A message from the head of the Political Council of Hezbollah, His Eminence Sayyid Ibrahim Amin Al-Sayyid (H), to our people, the resistance fighters in South Lebanon:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

And prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his pure and good family..

Peace be upon your minds and hearts and upon your souls and blood and wounds.

Peace be upon your feet, wherever you step, the earth is purified from the filth of criminals and small and large monsters.

Your enemy has tested your resistance weapon in the field, and yesterday he faced the weapon of your will and determination and learned its nature and essence, this weapon is known only to God and those who are firm in knowledge and the pious believers.

You, women, men and children, you are the most honorable and pure of people, there are no fearful, submissive, or surrendering among you.

You are the elite and you are the crown of heads. Pride to those who belong to you.

And to the enemy I say: Have you now learned that your crimes did not bring you any victory, and that your weapons and bombs did not write for you anything but a history of defeats?

The blood of the martyrs you killed has turned into faith, courage, will, determination and strength that is unparalleled in this world, and will be an inspiration and a pilgrimage for the peoples of the world and a shrine.

The time will come when your structures in the region will collapse, and the peoples of the world will be in the same image as this great people in Lebanon from its south to all parts of the earth in it.

As for Palestine, the scene, the image, the people, the blood, the victory, the pride and the dignity are united.

Finally, I say to all our brothers in the homeland, this is a rare and historic opportunity for unity, even if only for once, in which we throw away the grudges, conflicts and fabricated and compounded differences on the interests of the enemies and create our sovereignty and impose it on the enemies and friends.

We prove to the world that we are not a people for rent and investment, and that we are a people who deserve to live with merit, dignity and honor.
