In another heartbreaking incident, ten civilians from Nabatieh, killed in an Israeli assault in Akkar, were buried in their hometown. These innocent lives were lost in what has been described as a massacre.

Yesterday, the town of Joun suffered a brutal attack, with the Israeli army killing at least 30 civilians, predominantly women and children, including both locals and displaced families. Between 8 and 12 of these victims were buried today, while the search for missing bodies continues, with DNA testing ongoing for identification. Additionally, the body of a missing martyr from an earlier massacre in Almat was recovered in a nearby forest, previously thought to be lost without a trace.

Throughout the night and into this evening, Israeli forces continued their strikes on residential buildings in Beirut. Nearly 200 civilian buildings have been targeted this month, with no military presence, echoing tactics of collective punishment used during the 2006 war to pressure the population into submission.
