The Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance continue to confront the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy’s army in personnel and equipment along the fronts of confrontation, reaching into occupied Palestine.

1. Ground Engagements:

In recent days, the villages on the front lines of southern Lebanon witnessed attempts by the enemy’s army to advance, which were met with resistance from the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance across multiple axes as follows:

• Axis One: Operations area of the enemy’s 146th division, extending from Naqoura in the west to Marouhin in the east.
Under heavy air and artillery cover, an Israeli infantry unit attempted to infiltrate the southern neighborhoods of the villages of Shehin and Jabin. Another reconnaissance unit tried to infiltrate the Wadi Hamoul area northeast of Naqoura, but the Mujahideen confronted them with appropriate weaponry, forcing them to withdraw to the Labouna area. Additionally, the Mujahideen targeted enemy concentrations and advance routes within the town of Dhahira and enemy positions in Ras Naqoura and Jall al-Aalam with rocket fire.
• Axis Two: Operations area of the enemy’s 36th division, extending from Ramya in the west to Ramesh in the east (including Aita al-Shaab) and from Ramesh to Aitroun in the east.
The Islamic Resistance continues to target the enemy’s troop concentrations in this axis, amidst ongoing attempts by the enemy to penetrate the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Aitroun.
• Axis Three: Operations area of the enemy’s 91st division, extending from Bledaa in the south to Hula in the north.
The enemy’s forces maintain fire control over the eastern edges of the villages of Bledaa, Mais al-Jabal, and Hula, with no new attempts to advance on this axis after the heroic confrontations by the Mujahideen last week in the town of Hula and the significant losses incurred by the advancing forces.
• Axis Four: Operations area of the enemy’s 98th division, extending from Markaba in the south to the occupied Lebanese village of al-Ghajar in the northeast.
An enemy infantry unit advanced towards the eastern outskirts of the town of Kfarkela, reaching the Tel Nahas area at the northeastern edges of the town. The Mujahideen confronted them with appropriate weaponry, coinciding with intense targeting of enemy concentrations in the rear areas, resulting in several casualties among the enemy forces, which were compelled to deploy military helicopters to evacuate the injured amidst heavy artillery fire and dense smoke cover due to fear of resistance targeting.
• Axis Five: Operations area of the enemy’s 210th division, extending from the village of al-Ghajar to the occupied Shebaa Farms.
The Mujahideen targeted numerous attempts at advancement in the outskirts of the towns of Kfarshouba and Shebaa with rocket fire, aiming to gain control over the heights. The enemy deliberately burned the brush in the area to prevent any offensive operations by the resistance. The Mujahideen are dealing with repeated attempts by enemy forces to advance towards the southern and southeastern neighborhoods of the city of Khyam using various types of rocket and artillery fire, achieving confirmed hits.

2. Rocket Force:

The rocket force of the Islamic Resistance continues to target enemy concentrations in military sites and installations along the Lebanese-Palestinian borders, extending to military, strategic, and security bases deep within occupied Palestine, using various types of rockets, including precision missiles that are being utilized for the first time.

The total number of operations since September 17, 2024, to date, has reached 655 diverse launches, including 63 operations in just the past three days, with a reach of up to 105 kilometers into the northern suburbs of “Tel Aviv.”

3. Air Force:

The air force of the Islamic Resistance continues to target enemy military bases from the Lebanese-Palestinian borders to deep within occupied Palestine. The total number of operations since September 17, 2024, to date, has reached 76 launches of more than 170 drones of various types and sizes, including 11 operations in the past three days, with a reach of up to 145 kilometers into the southern suburbs of “Tel Aviv.”

4. Air Defense Unit:

The Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in the air defense unit have executed 20 operations since September 17, 2024, to date, launching surface-to-air missiles against Israeli aircraft in the airspace over southern Lebanon, including 4 operations in the past three days.

🔸Ground Maneuver in Southern Lebanon”:

• Over 95 killed and 900 wounded from enemy officers and soldiers.

• Enemy forces avoid moving and positioning themselves within the fields of view of the Resistance fighters for fear of being targeted. They are establishing invisible crossings and routes and rely on nighttime infiltration into border villages and withdrawal after destroying civilian homes and sabotaging infrastructure.
• Supply lines to the front and engagement axes have not been interrupted since the onset of the aggression against Lebanon, and the fronts continue to be supplied with necessary weapons and personnel according to pre-prepared plans.
• Despite the intelligence lockdown enforced by the enemy in the southern sky, fighters are still able to deploy, arm, and launch hundreds of rocket barrages at enemy soldier positions even deep within the entity continuously and around the clock. This is confirmed by footage released by the military media. The enemy has not succeeded in thwarting any launch operations from Lebanese territory.

🇱🇧 Report | Explosive Shockwaves: Could Israeli Bombings Trigger Lebanon’s Fault Lines:

Recent intense explosions in Lebanon, reportedly involving hundreds of tons of Israeli explosives targeting resistance positions in Odaisseh near the border, are raising concerns among geologists about potential impacts on the country’s fault lines. Experts worry that these powerful blasts might disturb the nearby Roum-Yammouneh fault line.

Dr. Tony Nemer, a geology professor at the American University of Beirut, noted that powerful explosions, especially in sensitive areas like the northern Houla Valley, could disrupt “nature’s delicate balance.” He warned that such interference could spark local seismic activity and even trigger earthquakes with cross-border impact, cautioning that “no one will be spared” if seismic waves begin to ripple.

Dr. Marlene Brax, head of Lebanon’s National Center for Geophysics, believes the risk is overstated. She explained that while the Odaisseh blasts created shockwaves comparable to a 3.5 magnitude tremor, they lack the depth and energy needed to affect Lebanon’s core seismic structures. Brax reassures that Lebanon’s seismic activity is stable, stating there’s no reason for panic now, though prolonged activity of this kind might change the situation.

The Odaisseh explosion and two large detonations in Beirut targeting Hezbollah’s Secretary General Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah and Executive Council head Sayyid Hashim Safieddine were surface-level, near the earth’s surface which produced shockwaves. Their strength and depth are insufficient to disrupt underground balances. While seismic waves from the Odaisseh blast registered similarly to a 3.5-magnitude earthquake, Expert explained that the nature of waves from explosions differs significantly from those of natural earthquakes. The depth of these explosions only extends a few dozen meters, unlike earthquake focal points, which reach thousands of meters. Therefore, while the chance of these explosions causing strong tremors or earthquakes is very low, Other noted it’s “but not impossible.”
