Thanks to the efforts and relentless work of the search team for the sacred bodies of the martyrs of the crime committed on October 6 by the brutal and bloodthirsty Zionist regime in Dahieh, Beirut, the body of the esteemed and intellectual General Abbas Nilforushan, a senior military advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who was martyred alongside the Resistance Leader, Ayatullah Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of the esteemed Hezbollah of Lebanon, has been discovered.

We extend our congratulations and condolences once again to the esteemed family and brave comrades of this illustrious general of the Resistance Front. The time for the transfer of martyr Nilforushan’s body to the Islamic homeland and the related burial and funeral arrangements will be communicated subsequently.

1. Ali Nilforshan expressed his happiness over the discovery of his father’s body, stating, “We are glad that my father’s body was found. Even if it hadn’t been found, we would have been content with Allah's will.” He shared that his father believed the Zionist regime would martyr him, and it was his wish to achieve martyrdom in this cause.

2. The funeral for his father is expected to be held in Tehran and Isfahan, with burial planned in Golestan-e-Shohada (Martyrs’ Garden) in Isfahan, as he had wished to be buried next to the grave of Martyr Haj Ahmad Kazemi (r).
