Today we say to our brothers, the fighters in Hezbollah in Lebanon, that we are confident in your steadfastness and courage in inflicting heavy and painful losses on the zionist enemy forces, as the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah promised in his usual stances. We are betting on your bravery and strength in the battle.
We have exhausted this defeated army in Gaza over the course of a whole year after its humiliating defeat on October 7, and we have deprived it of a large percentage of its capabilities on the ground, and we have killed its alleged elite forces by the hundreds. Our face-to-face engagement with its soldiers has proven the failure of their aircraft, tanks, and intelligence.
We are certain that you in Hezbollah will complete the mission with efficiency and competence if the enemy dares to commit foolish acts on Lebanese soil.
We cannot miss blessing the efforts of the blessed Yemeni Front led by Ansarallah, and we value the million-strong popular movement of our free people in generous Yemen, and the sincere chants and calls of the people of Yemen to Allah and to Al-Aqsa raise heads and bear witness to them.
We appreciate all the popular movements of brotherly and friendly peoples around the world, who have not stopped supporting us for a whole year in all continents and countries without exception, in support of our just cause.
What is happening today in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds in terms of war and barbaric aggression, especially the Tulkarem massacre, confirms that the enemy’s crimes in Gaza are no exception. It is a systematic policy practiced everywhere our people are present, as the occupation seeks to displace us and kill our identity through slow methods of extermination.
Our decision to ignite the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood was a cry in the face of the enemy and the silent, conspiratorial, or helpless world in the face of the oppression of our people. The current occupation government, with its terrorist hatred, does not want to see a Palestinian west of the Jordan River. This is what Netanyahu expressed in his maps that he presented to the world.
Our people and our struggling youth from all walks of life understood that this enemy only understands the language of force, and that weapons can only be confronted with weapons. In the West Bank, from Jenin to Nablus, our resistance fighters taught the enemy harsh lessons, reminding us that our people will not retreat until their full rights are restored.

It is unreasonable to intend to kill or harm prisoners, as this is not part of the teachings of our religion. Our humanitarian goal in detaining prisoners is to exchange them for our prisoners and for the rights of our people. What happened with the six prisoners in Rafah may be repeated as long as the Netanyahu government is stubborn and places obstacles in the way of the exchange deal.
We have clear instructions for all groups tasked with guarding prisoners: entering any combat zone exposes prisoners to the danger of cross fire, and this is what happened in previous cases and may be repeated in the future. The fate of the enemy's prisoners is tied to the actions of their government, so the longer it persists, the greater the risks to the prisoners.
After a number of enemy prisoners were killed by their army's fire or by their government, the situation of the remaining prisoners has become very difficult. We do not rule out that their file will enter a dark tunnel, perhaps creating dozens of new "Ron Arads", which would be the greatest evidence of the enemy's strategic and moral failure in its history.
On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Battle Al-Aqsa Flood, we call for the greatest Islamic, Arab and international solidarity with the Palestinian people, and we demand military, financial and logistical support for the resistance, and popular demonstrations and protests, and a boycott of the enemy and its allies everywhere.

The zionists must understand that they are outcasts from the entire free world, and that the umbrella of shame provided to them by the American administration and some Western European governments is a perforated umbrella.
We also call on the elites and scholars of the [Islamic] nation to go beyond shy verbal and heartfelt solidarity, except for those whom my Lord has mercy on. We say to our scholars and preachers of our [Islamic] nation: Are you waiting for a morning when you wake up to the news of the demolition of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, may Allah forbid?
As we bid farewell to the month of the birth of our noble Prophet, prayers and peace be upon him, upholding the month is done through upholding the place of his Night Journey and Ascension to heaven, which the scum of the earth defile every day and try to destroy and Judaize. The least to be done is to mobilize the scholars of the [Islamic] nation to clarify the truth of the conflict, and to clarify the legitimacy and sanctity of our battle and the obligation of jihad to defend our Al-Aqsa and our holy land, far from the sectarian discourses that divide the nation.
This is what is expected of you, O descendants of Al-Izz bin Abdul Salam, Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ibn Taymiyyah, and other working and fighting scholars of Islam. They were role models for the nation throughout the ages with their courageous stances on major issues. Today, we need similar courage from you in confronting injustice and aggression.
In conclusion, we salute the souls of our righteous martyrs who ascended in the greatest battle for the sake of Allah's religion and His Prophet, and for our just cause known to history. We ask for healing for the wounded, freedom for the heroic prisoners in the occupation’s prisons, and salute to our patient people and the heroic fighters on all fronts.
Do not weaken in the face of the enemies, for you know, and they know, and you hope from Allah what they do not hope for. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
