Iran is signaling its change of nuclear doctrines. Daily publication of the Political Deputy of the Representative of the Leader in the IRGC:

“Based on Islamic principles, the construction and use of nuclear and mass destruction weapons are not permissible. However, if it becomes necessary to safeguard the lives, property, and honor of Muslims and the Iranian people, the Islamic Republic of Iran would undoubtedly reconsider its stance on the development of its nuclear industry and take the required actions.”

It seems Imam Khamenei (H) will nearly change his nuclear doctrine and allow the formation of nuclear bombs (simply we say) and also nuclear missiles, which Iranian scientists are capable of doing very soon.
