The purpose of these narratives and statements is to disclaim direct responsibility from Israel so that it does not face the consequences of this crime.

The representative of Hamas emphasized that "Israel was the designer and executive of this operation and carried it out with the knowledge and consent of the Americans", and said that the American government is a partner in this crime and during his trip to Washington, they allowed Netanyahu to commit this crime.
