The great jihadist leader and beloved brother, Sayyid Fouad Shukr (Sayyid Mohsen), has been martyred on the path to Jerusalem. His martyrdom symbolizes our resistance’s steadfast commitment and unwavering determination to continue jihad until the land, sacred sites, and humanity are freed from the oppression and brutality of this occupying and criminal entity.
As his direct presence was a distinctive force for the resistance, his great martyrdom will be a strong impetus for his fellow fighters to move forward with resolve and courage to preserve achievements, victories, and aspirations that this great leader sought.
His martyrdom comes during the days of the commemoration of Imam Hussein’s (A) martyrdom, and his love for Imam Hussein (A) strengthens our resolve and determination to refuse humiliation and not to submit willingly.
We offer our condolences and congratulations to our Master, the Awaited Imam (A), to His Eminence Imam Khamenei (May Allah protect him), to all the fighters and resistors in every arena, and to the loyal and sincere supporters of the resistance. We particularly extend our condolences to his noble family and ask Allah to grant them beautiful patience and the best rewards in this life and the hereafter. We pray that Allah accepts this precious martyr from us and from them and that He grants him a place among the Prophet Muhammad and his pure family (Peace be upon them) and joins him with the luminous martyrs of Karbala.

The transitional phase for the Iraqi resistance in facing the escalation is determined by rules of engagement, adheres to the unity of the fields, and takes into account internal political circumstances.
The resistance has given the Iraqi governments multiple time frames to allow diplomatic efforts to play their role in ending the foreign occupation, particularly the American presence on our land.
Each time, the occupation confirms its ugly reality as a cunning party with no honor or commitment.
The Iraqi resistance will make the appropriate decision to end the American occupation as soon as possible, and it is capable of doing so by the grace of Allah and the resolve of the steadfast Iraqi people.
The unity of the fields is not a random term; it is a solid reality that even the enemy has come to believe in and operates accordingly.
The enemy responds to its defeats on the northern front by bombing Syria and assassinating a leader in Tehran in response to the rising number of its dead in Gaza.
We reiterate our call to the nation that we are the first to support and enhance the unity of arenas against our enemy.
The operations of the Iraqi resistance have gone through three phases so far: targeting the occupation in Iraq, striking the depth of the usurping entity, and joint qualitative operations with Ansarallah.
The enemy has violated all rules of engagement, and there is a fourth phase and another "Truthful Promise" when the response to the response will be a devastating and significant retaliation.
If Ismail Haniyeh is martyred, a hundred Haniyehs will come; if Mohsen Shukr is martyred, a thousand Mohsens will follow; if a PMF fighter is martyred, thousands more are waiting their turn for martyrdom. This is how Allah entrusts His project among the righteous, one righteous person after another.
We closely monitor the levels of participation of Arab regimes in collusion and normalization, allowing the occupation to use their airspace to attack neighboring countries, and we warn them of the consequences of that.

May Allah have mercy on him and bless him with martyrdom after a long journey filled with jihad, contributions, and significant efforts in establishing the Islamic movement, which raised the banner of jihad and stood actively and steadfastly at the forefront of the oppressed, patient, and fighting Palestinian people until it achieved great accomplishments. By Allah's grace, it has become a strong and solid front against zionist crimes. The martyr, may Allah have mercy on him, crowned his efforts and jihad with the best conclusion, martyrdom for the sake of Allah Almighty.
In this context, we extend our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to his sacrificing family for the sake of Allah, to the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, to all the fighters, the Palestinian people, and the entire Islamic nation.
The "israeli" enemy, through the crime of targeting our dear brother, the great fighter Ismail Haniyeh, may Allah have mercy on him, will achieve nothing of its hopes to break the resistance and extinguish the spirit of jihad and the iron will of the fighting brothers in Palestine and on all support fronts. Instead, this will be a greater motivation for steadfastness, perseverance, and dedication in the cause of Allah Almighty and the punishment of the criminal enemy.
The enemy has entangled itself in the crime of targeting the martyr, transferring the battle to a broader and larger dimension, which will have severe consequences for the enemy, by Allah's will. We will spare no effort, by Allah's will, and in cooperation with our brothers in the jihad and resistance front, to avenge the martyr and all the martyrs and to support the oppressed Palestinian people, backing our dear fighting brothers in the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian people who have been subjected to genocide by the "israeli" enemy with American participation over ten months.
We also extend our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the martyr fighter leader,
Syed Fouad Shukr, May may Allah have mercy on him, who passed on the road to Al-Quds, to Hezbollah and its Secretary-General, may Allah preserve him, to its loyal and noble supporters, to the Lebanese people, to the jihad and resistance front, and to the Islamic nation.
