Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return
Dear people of Iran!
The brave and distinguished Palestinian leader Mr. Ismail Haniyeh joined the meeting with Allah early last night, and the great front of resistance is mourning. The criminal and terrorist Zionist regime martyred our dear guest in our own house, leaving us grieving, but it has also set the stage for its own severe punishment.
Martyr Haniyeh had for years taken his precious life to the field of honorable struggle and was ready for martyrdom, having sacrificed his children and loved ones on this path. He had no fear of martyrdom in the way of Allah and in the salvation of His servants, but in this painful and difficult incident that occurred within the territory of the Islamic Republic, we consider avenging his blood our duty.
I extend my condolences to the Islamic Ummah, the resistance front, the brave and proud people of Palestine, and especially to the family and survivors of martyr Haniyeh, as well as to one of his companions who was martyred alongside him. I pray for their elevated status from Allah the Almighty.
