🏴‍☠️ Breaking | The IOF officially takes responsibility for the assassination of senior Hezbollah commander Martyr Abu Talib Saami Abdullah (r).

New details about the assassination:

IOF said he was the highest-ranking commander in Hezbollah to be killed since the beginning of the war. At 55, he was an experienced figure who served in various senior positions within Hezbollah before assuming his current role in 2016.

Martyr Abu Talib Saami Abdullah (r) was located during the operation in his hideout along with his bodyguard and other assistants, where he managed the fighting and was subsequently killed.

Among the actions Martyr Abu Talib Saami Abdullah (r) was responsible for over the years:

1. Led the kidnapping attempt in 2005.
2. Led retaliatory actions following the assassination of Jihad Mughniyeh in 2015, including firing anti-tank missiles at an IDF convoy and killing two soldiers.
3. He was the commander of the Gheziert Jebel area in the Second Lebanon War and conducted fighting and battles against Golani forces there.
4. Led the aggressive attacks of the Nazareth unit during the war, including all the firing toward Kiryat Shmona, the Galilee Finger, and the settlements of the Golan Heights throughout the war, including the fires on the Ramim Ridge.
5. One of the leaders of the firing of precision rockets.

The IOF estimated before the assassination that there would be extensive firing toward the north, and preparations are currently underway for further firing by Hezbollah. However, they do not estimate an expansion of the firing ranges toward Haifa or the center of the country.

• Our fighters in Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades were able to bomb the zionist enemy army headquarters in the “Netzarim” axis, south of Gaza City, with two 107 mm rockets.
• The fighters of Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades were able to bomb gatherings of zionist enemy army vehicles with mortar shells on the front lines east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
• Our fighters yesterday evening confronted the brutal zionist incursion into the Al-Fara’a camp in Tubas, with machine guns and explosive devices, and we carried out a number of precise ambushes that directly injured a large number of soldiers and vehicles until they withdrew from the camp.
