However, the U.S. failed to convince Israel, leading to a collapse in the agreement. Biden’s recent proposals were seen positively but lacked detail. The Yemeni Armed Forces announced that they have conducted six military operations in retaliation for the Israeli crimes against displaced Palestinians in Rafah, Gaza, and in response to American-British aggression against Yemen.
