The Al-Qassam Brigades have been confronting the infiltrating zionist forces for the 217th consecutive day, leading to the deaths of 619 officers and soldiers and injuring more than 3,378 others, according to enemy army admissions. Additionally, over 7,065 injuries have been reported by zionist hospital sources combined with the occupation army data. The resistance has also destroyed hundreds of vehicles, either partially or completely. They continue to bombard enemy sites and settlements of the Gaza envelope, targeting their military gatherings across various fronts.

On Friday, May 10, 2024, the military media of the Al-Qassam Brigades released several [20] military statements about our fighters’ confrontations with the enemy forces across several combat axes, where the fighters continued their engagement in fierce clashes, using anti-tank and anti-personnel shells, and continue to target enemy military gatherings with rockets and mortar shells across different areas.

Missile sirens sounded in the occupied city of Bir Al-Sabi' and nearby "Hatzerim" and the Naqab Negev after the Al-Qassam Brigades fired two rocket barrages at the city, approximately 40 km from the Gaza Strip, in response to massacres against civilians, causing injuries and damage to a building in Bir Al-Sabi' as reported by zionist media.

In the same context, the military media displayed scenes of Al-Qassam fighters targeting enemy soldiers and vehicles on the axis of advance east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. The footage showed several enemy vehicles and soldiers being hit by Al-Yassin 105 anti-tank shells and shells, resulting multiple deaths and injuries in the ranks of the enemy forces.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also released footage of a sniper operation targeting a zionist soldier south of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, where the video showed the soldier's military attire catching fire due to a precise direct hit, and other scenes of Bir Al-Sabi' being bombarded with a rocket barrage in retaliation for the massacres against civilians.
