The actions taken by the terrorist occupation army in preparation for an attack on the densely populated city of Rafah, home to approximately one and a half million citizens and displaced people, and their warning to the residents to evacuate the eastern areas amidst continuous aerial and artillery bombardment, have resulted in massacres of innocent civilians; this is a zionist crime that confirms the insistence of the terrorist government of Netanyahu on pursuing a genocide against our people, driven by political calculations based on evading the commitments of any agreement that would end the aggression, with no regard for the ongoing humanitarian disaster in the region, or the fate of the enemy's prisoners in Gaza.
We affirm that any military operation in Rafah will not be a walk in the park for the fascist occupation army, and that our valiant resistance, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, is fully prepared to defend our people and repel this enemy, thwarting its plans and foiling its goals.
We call on the international community to urgently act to stop this crime, which threatens the lives of hundreds of thousands of defenseless civilians, including children, women, and the elderly. We also urge humanitarian organizations and agencies, especially UNRWA, to remain in their positions in Rafah and not to leave or submit to the will of the fascist occupation, continuing their role in providing aid to the defenseless civilian displaced persons, who are subject to the most heinous crimes by the zionist killing machine, supported limitlessly by the complicit American administration in the genocide.

The fighter brother Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, had a phone call with the Qatari Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani, and with the Egyptian Minister of Intelligence, Mr. Abbas Kamel, and informed them of the Hamas movement’s approval of their proposal regarding the ceasefire agreement.
