This week I have been tested in multiple things I talked about in resent podcasts. Everything from unforgiveness, to responding to others and opportunities have presented themselves to make me either better or bitter.

Sure at the moment, the flesh rises up but it’s when things settle down you hear the small still voice.

I can tell you the truth and that is many of us carry things on a daily basis that we don’t even have to carry, nor was we meant to carry.

We persistently worry about what people think or care about that aren’t even a part of our daily lives and social media is a huge part of this.

Did you know that your Facebook feed is full of people that have no desire or even want a relationship with you but only want to be a “friend” to gain access to your life in order to keep tabs on you.

There is much freedom in just saying no, just blocking, just unfollowing and just walking away from some people.

I’ve always said, it’s not quantity that matters but quality! If you have only one friend, cherish that one friend and stop chasing after phony bonds and friendships that aren’t genuine nor healthy.
