✅ 1. የቴክኖሎጂ እና አሰራር ማዘመን (Digitalization)
* ስማርት ቆጣሪዎችን (Smart Meters) ማስፋፋት፡ የቆጣሪ ንባብ ስህተቶችን እና የገመድ አገጣጠም ግድፈቶችን ቴክኖሎጂን ተጠቅሞ ከርቀት ለመቆጣጠር ያስችላል።
* የዲጂታል ቅሬታ ማስተናገጃ ስርዓት፡ ደንበኞች በአካል ወደ ቢሮ ሳይመጡ ብልሽቶችን፣ የቮልቴጅ መለዋወጥን እና የክፍያ ቅሬታዎችን በሞባይል መተግበሪያ (App) ወይም በአጭር የጽሁፍ መልዕክት (SMS) የሚያሳውቁበትን እና ሂደቱን የሚከታተሉበትን ስርዓት መዘርጋት።

💡 With leverage, your margin covers only part of the position. Higher leverage means your position is more exposed to liquidation. At 40x leverage, a 2% price move may be enough to trigger liquidation. At 10x, it may take around 10%.
📉 Market moving against you and liquidation getting close? You can add margin in a couple of taps: liquidation price will shift, giving flexibility in managing your position.
📈 Position in profit? You can reduce margin and move part of it back to your balance.
