✅ 1. የቴክኖሎጂ እና አሰራር ማዘመን (Digitalization)
* ስማርት ቆጣሪዎችን (Smart Meters) ማስፋፋት፡ የቆጣሪ ንባብ ስህተቶችን እና የገመድ አገጣጠም ግድፈቶችን ቴክኖሎጂን ተጠቅሞ ከርቀት ለመቆጣጠር ያስችላል።
* የዲጂታል ቅሬታ ማስተናገጃ ስርዓት፡ ደንበኞች በአካል ወደ ቢሮ ሳይመጡ ብልሽቶችን፣ የቮልቴጅ መለዋወጥን እና የክፍያ ቅሬታዎችን በሞባይል መተግበሪያ (App) ወይም በአጭር የጽሁፍ መልዕክት (SMS) የሚያሳውቁበትን እና ሂደቱን የሚከታተሉበትን ስርዓት መዘርጋት።
* ዘመናዊ የክትትል ስርዓት (SCADA)፡ መብራት ሲጠፋ ደንበኛው እስኪደውል ሳይጠበቅ፣ ሲስተሙ ራሱ ብልሽቱን አውቆ ለጥገና ክፍል መረጃ የሚሰጥበትን አሰራር ማጠናከር።
✅2. የቅድመ-ጥገና እና የመሰረተ ልማት ማሻሻል (Infrastructure & Maintenance)
* ቅድመ-ጥገና (Preventive Maintenance)፡ ትራንስፎርመሮች ከመቃጠላቸው ወይም ብሬከር ከመጣሉ በፊት፣ የሎድ እና የባላንሲንግ ልኬቶችን በየጊዜው በማድረግ ቀድሞ መፍትሄ መስጠት።
* የአቅም ማሳደግ (Capacity Upgrading)፡ የከተሞች መስፋፋት እና የኢንዱስትሪዎች መጨመር ያመጣውን ጫና ለመቋቋም፣ ያረጁ መስመሮችን እና አቅማቸው ያነሱ ትራንስፎርመሮችን በአዲስ መተካት።
