تقول مصادر لمنظمة إنهاء الإفلات من العقاب في العراق ان هذا المكان من بين مجموعة من السجون (السرية) التي تمارس فيها انتهاكات فظيعة ضد الموقوفين. تضيف المصادر ان هذا السجن لم يخضع للرقابة والتفتيش من اي جهة حكومية او مستقلة.
تناشد منظمة إنهاء الإفلات من العقاب في العراق وزارة العدل ومنظمات حقوق الانسان وشركاء العراق الدوليين إلى التحقق من هذه المعلومات والعمل على ايقاف هذه الانتهاكات فورا اذا وجدت.

Sources say to End Impunity in Iraq Organization (EII) that this prison is among a group of “secret” prisons at which terrible violations are being practiced against detainees. The sources add that this prison has not been subject to oversight and inspection by any governmental or independent body.
End Impunity in Iraq (EII) calls on the Ministry of Justice, human rights organizations, and Iraq's international partners to verify this information and work towards stopping these violations immediately should they be confirmed.
