Microsoft forces you to use their ad-ridden «New Tab» if you're not in Azure Active Directory. Turning it on via registry is ignored by the browser.
Is that even legal???

🌏 More on gaslighting and rapist mentality
The option on the bottom is turned on by default «for a faster experience». Preloading the «new tab» includes cookies, which is quite obviously the reason it's turned on by default.

⚡️ The grifter Dave Plummer strikes again
Dave Plummer took down my video publicizing his massive SoftwareOnline.com scam with a false copyright strike. The fun don't stop.
Funnily enough, the grounds for the false copyright strike is the custom thumbnail attached to the post, and nothing in the video itself.
You can watch the video in question here.
Seems like the owner of Dave's Garage is very agitated by the facts stated in that video.

⚡️ «He's lucky to still have a channel.» — Dave W. Plummer
Well, this excerpt from Dave's Discord server confirms beyond a shadow of a doubt Dave is indeed the person behind the copyright strike. Not surprising at all.

⚡️🤘 My first YouTube victory in a few years!
I am happy to announce, following the backlash and a strong counter-notification, the false copyright strike was removed, and the video was reinstated. Thank you everyone for your support!
Commonly it takes YouTube ~2 weeks to reinstate the video, but it was reinstated in a day! Assuming YouTube realized the copyright strike was bogus, and they had to step in to remove the strike this early, Dave's channel might have received an warning for abusing the copyright system.
Watch the documentary if you still haven't!

Dave Plummer has just issued another takedown request, but this time it was ignored by YouTube and they forwarded his messages to me.
I'll attach the chat log shortly.

So this senile pinworm decided to attempt taking my video down again a couple hours ago today.
🤡 The infringing video utilizes my entire thumbnail image, not a mere portion. It is a copy and paste.
I think I don't have to explain why that's just a lie.
🤡 The use of my thumbnail, which features my likeness and serves as a key element of my channel’s branding, negatively impacts the market for my original content.
It just makes you more popular, Dave. Not in the way you wanted, though.
🤡 Its association with derogatory material risks damaging my reputation, deterring viewers, subscribers, and potential sponsors.
You've damaged your reputation 20 years ago, when you scammed the absolute hell out of people promoting crapware.
🤡 The use of my thumbnail does not transform its original purpose. In my work, it functions as a thumbnail to attract viewers to my video; in the infringing video, it serves the same role—drawing attention without adding commentary, criticism, or parody of the image itself.
The entire video consists out of commentary about your infamous past, Dave. It's the definition of criticism.
🤡 This use does not fall within recognized exceptions to copyright protection, such as education, news reporting, or research.
Looks like you insinuate pulling out and examining your court records isn't qualified as research and stating facts out of there isn't considered news reporting. Your past was news to many people...
🤷 The grandpa is off his schizo meds tonight
