We are so sorry for the issues of last night (italian time), in the latest minutes the Bot, for a Bug in the Update, have sent in many groups the list of banned words and then we are experiencing overloaded on the server. Now it's all returned to normal.
Now can we speak the latest updates.

New penalty: Mute
Now for the feature below is available a new penalty, that is the possibility of mute the user that violates this thing:

▫️ Anti-Flood
▪️ Banned Words
▫️ Forward from Channels
▪️ Media block

Also as penalty at the end of the maximum number of Warns it's possible choose of mute the user.

Banned words
The banned words underwent a major upgrade server side (that caused the problem) but from now makes them functional and without all the problem so far encountered.

Service Messages
The cancellation of Service Messages now Support also the cancellation of service messages of pinned messages: "user pinned the message"

👋🏻Good evening to all, we release this update which includes some new features and many small improvements on existing functions.

#️⃣ The first novelty is that the commands no longer work with the # sign (it gave more problems than advantages) and instead now all the commands are supported with the " ; " for example ;restart ;ban ... The / ! and . will continue to work, too.

🆘 Notification selection for @admin tag
From the settings menu -> @admin you can now choose to enable notification only to specific admin of the group, when the @admin tag is used.

📱 Improvements in personal commands
• The graphics to create personal commands have been revised to make it clearer.
• The list of personal commands, personal answers and aliases has now been divided into pages to prevent it being cut when there are such a lot.
• You can use the popup:message as a link for the buttons under a personal command, which will show a popup with the specified message, when you press the relative button.
• It is possible to use "del" as a link for the buttons under a personal command, which deletes the message itself, when the relative button is pressed.

📊 Also this year, we are here on the Bot's birthday to sum up these 4 years of existence and service for you. To date we manage almost 180.000 groups with over 60 million total users present in them and more than 15 million messages processed every day.

🕹 We are preparing several new features that we hope to release soon! In the meantime, for this special occasion, we have created a new mini-game, based on the dice recently introduced by Telegram, which you can start using the /game command in your groups.

👋🏻 Good evening to all, today we release the first part of a big update that we have developed recently and that includes, as always, the functions more requested by you.

🧠 Captcha
It is now possible to activate a captcha from the settings: users who enter in the group have to verify that they are not a robot in order to remain in the group and write.
Verification can be set in 3 ways:
• Easy button to press
• Button that open a web page that checks the users with the invisible Recaptcha
• The user is asked to send a presentation message within the set time
You can customize the message that appears and set a punishment for those who failed to solve the problem within a time you set.
Once the captcha is resolved, at the user will be sent the welcome message, if active.

🕑 Repeated messages
By popular request, a settings menu has been added, in which one (or more) messages can be inserted to be sent to the group repetitively every time, choosing the start time and the time interval after which to repeat them.
You can also choose to have these messages pinned at the top and to delete the previous one when the next one is sent.

🚷 Multi ban/mute
We have created the following commands to be able to punish (or remove punishment) up to 20 users in one command:
• /multiban o /mban
• /multikick o /mkick
• /multimute o /mmute
• /multiunban o /munban
• /multiunmute o /munmute

⇒ These commands accept ID, username, links and mentions of the selected users, separated by spaces and/or commas and is also to be used on users who have never joined the group.
⇒ It is also possible to insert a duration and/or a reason, inserting them at the end of the command separated by |

❓ Example: /mban @username, 40955937, Bruninoit, t.me/bruninoit

🇨🇳 Chinese names block
From the Settings > Controls menu, a punishment can now be set for users whose first or last name contains chinese characters.
If you have a log channel set and this block is set on mute or ban the bot does not notify in the group when the punishment is triggered, to keep the group it, as was already the case for the arabic name block.

🔞 Anti-NSFW
The system of block anti-nsfw material (porn, child pornography and gore sent in the group) has been moved to a separate section and it is now possible to set a duration as desired.
The Staff of Group Help is absolutely opposed to the diffusion of this kind of content in the Telegram groups in which they are prohibited, those that must be spread and kept connected in our Blocklist.
We also invite you to report to our support the links of any groups used for the dissemination of child pornography content, so as to be able to take the right measures according to the protocols of Telegram.

🎲 Block animated games
The block for "🏀 shot for a field goal" has already been added to the block of the 🎲 dice and 🎯 animated darts.
You can block them via the Animated Games option in Settings > Media.

👀 New command /views
Simply sending it into the group, it will activate a counter of how many users are active in the group.
Sending /views in response to a message, the Bot will forward the message, adding the views counter to it.
The command is available only for those who have a Log Channel set.

❤️ New bot donations
Now you can make donations to the Bot through the new @GHDonateBot, which supports, in addition to Paypal, also the most famous cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin.

👋🏻 Good evening everyone, today we release the second part of the Group Help update.

⏳ Timed roles with plate
From now it is possible to specify a duration and a "tag" when you add one of our roles to a user (mod, cleaner, free...).
At the end of the specified duration, the user will be automatically removed from this role.
The plate specified will appear in the /staff command (just as it happens for administrators) and in the /info command.
💡 Examples:
├ /free @username 10 minutes
└ /mod @username 3 hours assistant

🔓 Free with specific permissions
When you activate /free a user, you can set specific "freedom" permissions, instead of freeing him from all bot controls: flood, spam (antispam and antilink), media (media and antiporno blocks), controls (banned words, username requirement...) and silence/night mode.

🚷 Optional blocklist
From today, by popular request, it is possible to disable the Group Help Blocklist from the settings. Remember that security in groups has always been our priority, therefore we strongly advise against disabling this option to avoid malicious users in your groups.
From the settings > blocks > blacklist you can choose to set ban or mute for users in the blocklist, or disable the blocklist completely.

📛 Personal blacklists
Today we also announce the return of personal Blacklists, in a better and more functional version.
Users can create a blacklist, via the @PersonalBLBot bot, which can be inserted into groups simply by submitting a qr code. To manage the active blacklists in the group, simply go to the settings menu > blocks > blacklist.

❗️ Timed warnings
With this update, the timed warnings are also back in a completely innovative version.
From now it is possible to set the duration of each individual warn, which can be set both for automatic punishments (from the individual punishment menus, such as antiflood or antispam) and when you assign a manual warn (with /warn).
When a warn has expired, it will automatically be removed from the user.

📓 Block cancellation
We created the new /multidel command to delete the last portion of messages from a group, choosing a message to start deleting or indicating a number of messages to be deleted.
This new command, as well as the already existing /delall command, now support the almost instantaneous deletion of thousands of messages, also sent by other bots, if present @GHSecurityBot in the group as administrator.
To consult its functioning, go to settings > message cancellation > block cancellation.

Good evening to everyone, today we're releasing a new update which, in addition to the innovations directly linked to the recent Telegram updates, also includes other news among the most requested.

👻 Anonymous Administrators
With the previous Telegram update, "Anonymous Administrators" were introduced.
From today the bot will recognize them as group administrators (therefore the bot will respond to their commands), but to know their effective powers of action (e.g if they can ban or delete messages), this logic will be used:
• Anonymous administrators who have a custom unique title in the group, will be able to use the powers that they actually have assigned
• For all the other anonymous administrators, or administrators with custom title identical to others, the powers will be those set by the founder in the menu: Settings ➜ Others ➜ Commands Permissions ➜ Anonymous Admin

Anonymous Administrators will no longer be visible in the /staff list.
The settings will be in any case editable only by those who have the effective permission to do so.

👥 Members Management
We've added a new section in the Settings ➜ Others, from which you can:
• Unban all the banned users
• Unmute all the muted users
• Kick all the muted users
• Kick all the deleted accounts [only in groups under 5k members, due to telegram limitations]

📌 Messages forwarded by the linked channel
We're adding this feature to make an instant unpin of messages automatically pinned in the discussion group, coming from the channel.
From the menu Settings ➜ Deleting Messages ➜ Discussion group it's now possible to choose what to do of the messages that Telegram automatically forwards from the channel linked to the group, therefore you can:
• remove them from pinned messages
• delete them all

🎰 Slot and animated emojis lock
Through the Settings ➜ Media menu it's now possible to:
• block the possibility to send Slot Machines using the Animated Games option
• block the possibility to send Animated Emojis using the new Animated Emoji option

📊 Graphs
• The command /graphic has been fixed and improved graphically
• Added a new /top10 command which shows a graph of the 10 users who have sent the most messages in the group

📣 Log Channel
From now on in the Log Channel will be logged:
• Multiple join block
• Additions and removals of roles (mod, manager...)
• Settings' opening
• Instant bans executed on a personal blacklist

🤖 Antispam Bot
From the Settings ➜ Anti-Spam ➜ 🤖 Bots Antispam menu it's now possible to set whether the antispam acts even if a user sends the link or username of a bot.

📁 Minor news
• Created a new bot @GHTagBot in which, if started, you will receive all the @tags from the Pro groups that have this option enabled
• Added a /slot command with which the bot will spin the slot machine
• The /trad command will translate into the group language by default
• In some automatic punishments set to kick, the bot will execute a 30 seconds ban, to prevent the user from rejoining the group without being seen by the bot.

📞 Voice call service message
From the menu Settings ➜ Deleting Messages ➜ Service Messages you can now choose to delete the voice call invitation messages.
These service messages can be used to send annoying notifications to other users, deleting them notifications will not arrive.

📏 Message length
From the menu Settings ➜ Others ➜ Message length it is now possible to block the sending of messages that exceed a certain amount of characters, deleting such messages and/or giving a punishment to the users who send them.
The algorithm calculates the length based on the type of message, for example "empty" messages of many lines will still be considered as long.

💾 Backup 2.0
It has been significantly improved the /backup.
When creating a backup you can select what to export, from: settings, personal commands, magic/blocked stickers and captcha settings.
For example, if only settings are exported in a backup, other things (such as personal commands) will not be replaced in the group that backup is imported into.

📃 Log Channel
From the menu Settings ➜ Log Channel ➜ Choose what to log you can now specifically choose whether or not to have the logs sent about:
• Role additions and removals (mods, cleaners...)
• Opening settings
Also, roles are now logged if set via /info.

👮🏻‍♂️ New commands: /admin and /unadmis
Created the new commands /admin and /unadmin, that permit you to add and remove Admins directly via command.
You can also specify a custom title for the new Admin (which will also appear next to his name in each message).
For these commands to work, the bot and the user using it must have all permissions in the group.
Using these commands you will not need to use /reload.

📣 /send command
The /send command has been completely revised and now has several new features:
• It is possible to send any type of media/file, by inserting the command /send in the caption, possibly followed by a message that will be used as a caption.
• You can use it in reply to another message (by writing only /send) and the bot will resend the message you are replying to.
• If you use /send in the classic way (/send text) in reply to another message, the bot will send the text by replying to the selected message.
Here you can find some examples. These changes do not apply to staff groups.

📌 Pinned messages
These changes were already active since the last update, but were not announced:
• Created command /unpinall which removes all pinned messages
• The command will remove the message being replied to from pinned
• If the /unpin command is used without replying to a message, it will remove the last pinned message
• The command allows you to edit the pinned message to which you reply (if it is sent by the bot)
• If the /editpin command is used without replying to a message, it will edit the last pinned message (if it is sent by the bot)

📁 Other news
• Users added by administrators or free users will no longer have to resolve the Captcha
• If the Captcha punishment is set to "mute" and a user (who has not resolved the Captcha within the set time) leaves and rejoins the group, he will have the possibility to resolve the Captcha again and be therefore unmuted in the positive case.
• Messages forwarded from whitelisted channels are now immune to all antispam and media checks

🔗 Creating custom links
The command /link now allows you to generate links through the bot with options of your choice:
• duration
• number of joins allowed

The possible uses are these:
• /link 2 hours
• /link 10 invites
• /link 5 minutes 30 seconds 3 invites
• /link 2i 2h

With the command /unlink https://t.me/joinchat/... it's possible to revoke a link previously created with the command /link.

🔦 Advanced controls
In the menu Settings ➜ Checks it's possible to choose whether to apply the controls when the user joins the group or only when he sends messages, and if necessary to delete the messages he writes, if he does not respect the controls activated.

📁 Other news
• You can enable, in the log channel, the log of users who leave the group even if the group has more than 50 members
• In groups with GHSecurityBot, it will no longer be necessary to use /reload when adding/removing administrators or changing some their permissions
• In PersonalBLBot, for each personal blacklist, it is possible to set administrators who can contribute to add or remove users from it

🔰 ULTRAPRO
We have created a package of more advanced features, which are available for a fee by purchasing the new ULTRAPRO version:
• Custom roles: it is possible to create roles with name and permissions of your choice
• Force users to join a channel to stay/write in the group

⁣5 YEARS
Today is the fifth anniversary of Group Help and it is really nice to be here to celebrate this, once again with exceptional achievements over the last year.
Not long ago we exceeded the 500,000 groups in which the bot is an administrator, the messages that the bot processes every day are fivefold compared to a year ago and this required a huge continuous work of optimization and management of server resources.

🏃🏻 The bot never stops and we also never stop working for the Bot: even in the periods when no updates come out, we are always working to ensure that the Bot is active as efficiently as possible and to solve all those small problems, bugs and improvements that you report to us every day.

💡 Of course we are also developing new features, and we hope to be able to release them soon, but at the moment our top priority is to ensure a certain and stable future for Group Help, to the best of our abilities and resources.

📁 Today, therefore, we are announcing only some news:
• We have created the block for users with names in Russian, which can be activated from Settings ➜ Checks ➜ Name blocks
• We have created the command /warnmute or /wm which warns the user and mutes it (if you indicate a duration, it will be used only for mute)
• If you add @GHSecurityBot both in group and log channel, manual actions that administrators perform in the group (not only via the bot) will also be logged (ban, mute, new admin, etc...)
• You can set up a poll as a repeating message (Settings ➜ Repeated messages) and to ensure that the votes are preserved, the poll you set will simply be forwarded (so if the original one is deleted, the bot will stop sending it)
• We have added a new mini-game accessible with the command /game to celebrate this anniversary

Good evening everyone, today we are releasing an update which, in addition to the innovations directly linked to the latest Telegram update, contains also other innovations that we have introduced in recent weeks.

😶‍🌫️ Users masked as channels
With the new update, Telegram allows each user to be able to write in groups, hiding through one of the channel where is the owner. This action can be abused both to spam and to do other harm in the groups of others.
For this reason we have created a new menu from which you can decide to prevent users from writing masked through channels, leaving them normally free to send messages directly with their profile.
To access it just send /config in the group, and select "Masked users", everything is explained in detail.

👉🏻 For now, we recommend that you select the "ban" option and activate message deletion, to keep your groups safe.
In fact, until new future updates, messages sent through a channel are ignored by the bot and therefore the classic checks and punishments (antispam, antiflood, etc.) will not be triggered.
On the other hand, it is possible to manually ban and unban channels using the classic commands /ban and /unban.

🤫 Silent commands
We have created a "silent" version of the classic commands to manually punish users:
• /sban, /sunban
• /skick
• /smute, /sunmute
• /swarn, /sunwarn
that perform the classic action, but sending message in private chat to the user who launches the command, instead of sending the classic message in the group.

🆕 Welcome and rules
The menu for setting the group regulation has been completely restyled and now allows you to set the message in a simpler way. Also it is now possible to set a media in the regulation.
The menu for setting the welcome message has also been similarly rearranged.
When exporting a /backup it is now possible to choose whether to export the welcome and /or the regulation, regardless of the other settings, so as not to overwrite them in the group where the backup is imported.

💥 Self-destruct messages 2.0
Telegram has introduced some time ago the possibility of self-destructing group messages, so we decided to evolve this function and make it usable only by PRO groups.
From now on it's possible:
• to select the type of messages to be deleted by the bot (text, photo/video, sticker/gif...)
• select which users to have messages deleted (based on roles)

🔤 Banned Words 2: Check on name
For ULTRAPRO groups, within the second list of banned words, it is possible to activate the check that these words are also present in the data of the user (name, surname, username) who sends the message, as well as on the message itself, possibly triggering a classic punishment and/or the deletion of the message.

📁 Other news
• When setting the exceptions for the Antispam it is now possible to forward a message from a channel that you want to whitelist, so as to make the control more secure and functional.

Good evening everyone, today we are releasing the latest update of 2021 which includes other innovations directly linked to the latest Telegram update.

🔗 Link with approval
For a few weeks now, Telegram gives the possibility to create group links that require users' approval before they can join the group.
We have created a new option, found in Settings ➜ Approval mode, that allows you to delegate the management of approvals to the bot.

In that menu everything is explained in detail, basically the advantages are:
• captcha to be resolved privately before the user joins the group
• carry out checks on the users before they join
• send the welcome message in private instead of in the group

🧠 New captchas
We have created 3 new Captcha types, which are particularly interesting especially when used with the Approval mode:
• Regulation: the group regulation is shown to the user and can decide whether to accept it or not.
• Math: a simple mathematical operation is sent to the user and the user must select the correct answer.
• Quiz: the user is asked a question of your choice and the user must select the correct answer.

😶‍🌫️ Users masked as channels 2.0
• If you don't activate the option to completely block the possibility of writing via channel (added in our previous update), the bot will carry out the normal checks (antispam, antiflood, words banned, etc...) also on the messages of users who write via channel. Recall that the punishment affects only the channel with which the user is writing (and his other channels) but not the user himself.
• It is now possible to assign the roles on the bot side to a channel: moderator, cleaner, muter, helper: if a channel is set as a moderator, the channel owner (writing via the channel) will be able to carry out the classic commands of a moderator (ban, kick, mute, etc...)
• The multiban, multikick, multimute, etc... commands now allow channels to be punished as well.

📁 Other news
• You can activate the scheduled deletion of regulation from Settings ➜ Deleting messages ➜ Scheduled deletion
• Pinned messages will not be deleted by self-destruct messages.
• The name of the link used by the user to join the group appears in the log channel (if using ghsecuritybot).
• The log channel shows who has approved a user, if the approvals are not handled by the bot (and if using ghsecuritybot).
• The /link command (for admins) has been significantly improved and now also allows you to create links with approval. From now on it is also possible to give a name to the generated link.
Example: /link 2h 10i link name (link lasting 2 hours with a maximum of 10 joins)

The bot works correctly in groups where Topics are active.

In particular:
• the bot settings are the same in all topics of the group
• the bot replies to commands in the same topic in which they are launched
• the bot sends the punishment messages in the same topic in which they are triggered
• the administrators (and also the virtual roles) are the same in all topics
• any punishment, given in a topic, applies to the group and therefore also to the other topics

🕑 Recurring messages in Topics
For each single recurring message it's possible to select the topic in which to send it:
Settings ➜ Other ➜ Recurring messages ➜ select one of the posts ➜ Customize message ➜ Select a Topic

💬 Welcome message in Topics
You can choose which topic to send all Welcome messages to:
Settings ➜ Welcome ➜ Customize message ➜ Select a Topic

You can choose which topic to send all the messages of the Captcha to:

🗯 Service messages in Topics
You can now choose to delete the "Topic closed" and "Topic reopened" service messages.
