During this session, you can expect to learn about what strategic Planning is, how to do a SWOT analysis, how to build a startegic plan and finally learn how to make an annual work plan (AWP).
📌 By the end of this session, you'll asses your LCs strength and weaknesses, develop and strategic and an annual working plan for your LC to develop your LC further.
