β¨Our first session will delve into the topic of organization and organizational culture, which will be delivered by our very own outgoing executive board president, Olyad Kebede.β¨
During this session, you can expect to learn about the building blocks of an organization, including how to set vision, mission, and values. we'll be discussing what an organizational culture is and how to form it, support it, or change it if need be.
π By the end of this session, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of how to create a strong foundation for your NMO/LC and nurture its culture.
