Our volunteers have made us proud!
The Mekedonia project has been completed successfully.
The project, which started with opening remarks from Professor Andualem Deneke, Chief executive director of AAU CHS, ended with a blessing from the elderly.
Mekedonia is helping more than 7,500 elderly and mentally ill people. We were able to witness the immense need for medical help in the organisation. We are pleased to have participated in a project that provided free medical and screening services for about 2000 people in Mekedonia.
We would love to thank our volunteers for making this happen. If it hadn't been for them, we couldn't have had this success.
We also love to thank Tikur Anbesa for giving us the chance to participate in this grand project.
SCOPH-AA will be bringing more opportunities to you. Stay tuned.

πSCORP Mental health team in collaboration with psychiatry residents and Tikur Anbessa OPD are planning to organize a free Mental health counselling and therapy session for medical students.
πWe know there are a lot of constraints, stigma and confidentiality issues involved in seeking medical support when it comes to mental health. Due to that we are going to make sure your anonymity is kept while recieving any form of help.
