Our First In person training for the "PERIOD." Project was given successfully at Hidase Lideta Secondary School. There we discussed :-
🩸What menstruation is & it's normal process,
🩸Different methods of keeping menstrual hygiene ,
🩸Symptoms & causes of Menstrual abnormalities and
🩸 Most importantly we discussed Period stigma and how to fight against it.
We would to like thank Hidase Lideta Secondary school for having us and our dear volunteers for giving the training 🙌.
