Today was day two of three of our training sessions. We had an amazing discussion regarding breast and cervical cancer with our very own Dr. Loza Admassu. We would like to thank her for sacrificing her precious time to give us this exciting and informative training. As Dr. Loza said "Any advocacy material used now will also be used in the future", reminding us the training we are taking now and the materials we are using will be useful in the future in our practice dealing with patients.

With our utmost pleasure, the SCOPH International Team is opening the call "Call for Sessions Team" for the Online SCOPH CAMP 2023.
Why Online SCOPH CAMP?
This online SCOPH camp has been an idea, as a result of observing how some of our fellow SCOPHeroes were unable to attend our previous physical IFMSA meetings due to different obstacles. Obstacles were variable, but they had one important thing in common, which was that we always couldn't do anything about these obstacles: they were always out of our hands. Although the COVID-19 pandemic came as a blessing in disguise for people to avail opportunities online, we are currently heading back to full physical IFMSA meetings. Consequently, the idea of the Virtual SCOPH Camp arose, which aims to bring all motivated, passionate, and wonderful SCOPHeroes in an online version of an IFMSA meeting to get to learn what their fellow SCOPHeroes learned in the physical IFMSA meeting (be it a general assembly or a regional meeting) and putting them on common ground together. That is why the Camp will be similar, but also different from the sessions in the physical meeting. How is that? Let us see.
What will happen in the Online SCOPH CAMP?
Sessions in our last physical meeting for example, aimed to tackle our regional and global priorities and orient the members more about them. The Camp will focus on the same priorities but will tackle them from different perspectives other than those tackled in the physical meeting. This will also orient the members more about the priorities but at the same time, will also allow everyone to learn something new, so rest assured, no matter who you are and what you attended before, this camp will definitely teach you something new.
All that has been mentioned above can be considered a teaser for an unforgettable Online SCOPH CAMP. And now let's talk about this Call for Sessions Team.
