I can imagine 3 scenarios.
As the HTF is strongly bearish this is something to keep an eye on.
The 1h and 15m on the other hand are bullish, so 50-50 is not very positive for today's market.
1st, the market goes up to the 4h zone and from there gives LTF bearish confirmation to short.
2, The market goes down to the 1h zone and from there the bullish LTF confirmation long.
3., The market breaks the 1h zone below and then all timeframes are bearish again and it is safe to go short.

True the HTF is bearish but the 15m and 1h are bullish, so I'm thinking long for now. I marked on the chart which low need to break to think short again.
I am waiting for a reaction from these two zones with LTF confirmation and then I can go long.
