The biggest issue we face as individuals, is not only our disconnection with God, (or Source, or Christ consciousness, or however you personally choose to label it), the problem is, our own holy trinity of mind, body and soul is disconnected from one another.

Internal balance and alignment is absolutely necessary before we can tap into the greater consciousness of creation and live the life we were meant to live.

The mind, or ego, only becomes a problem when it takes control and disregards the heart and the soul. The heart tends to know better, but it needs of the mind to create and makes things possible. The soul can only whisper us the way, but we must be prepared to listen and work with both the ego and the heart for change to materialise.

There is a purpose for the three aspects that make a human being and it’s only when the three work in tandem and alignment that things start to manifest in your life as they were intended.

Life is a co-creative process, but in order to take our creative power back, we need to function cohesively within; our three aspects must work as one.

So feel your heart where ancestral knowledge is held, listen to your soul who knows your life’s purpose and use your mind as the incredible tool of creation that it is.

We have everything we need to make of this life’s journey a wonderful experience, but we must first end the disconnection within, then fix the connection without and finally start living as what we actually are: the powerful creators of our own reality.
