1) Direction: What do I think the price is going to do? Is it going to go up, sideways, or down?
2) Location: If it's going to go up, well, what is the best entry location? If it's going down, what is the best entry location to short it?
3) Protection: If we're wrong, at what point is the setup invalidated?
4) Destination: I'm going to tell you exactly, exactly, exactly to the tick where I think the price is going to go. The future. We are all about the future.
5) Position size: I'll read the market. I'll see the market condition. I'll see the market mood. And I know the job of a professional trader is to figure out how tough the trade is. It is tough every day, but sometimes the market is a little bit more unreadable than other times. It's your job to find that out.
6) Trade management: Once we are in a trade, then star trailing, start trading. We know exactly where to get out in case that it goes against us. We know exactly where it's going so that we let it ride.
