"Tashkent - then and now". This interactive PowerPoint will be an interesting part of your Independence Day lesson. Tell your students that you brought a "magic scanner" that turns old photos into new ones 😁. They will have a chance to see some places in Tashkent - in the past and at present.
How to use:
🔸Show students the photo and click on one of the flags to reveal the name of the place.
🔸Ask students to guess what place it might be at present.
🔸Click on the scanner. It will show the present day version of the place.
🔸Click on the flag again to show the current name of the place.
You can click on the scanner again to show back the old photo and discuss the differences.
